Love it The home screen times out every now and again but overall great app About time
Since the last update to the app it never wants to login into my account when I need it I get a message half the time saying I have to be connected to the internet for it to work even though I have a data plan Kind of a pointless app now Needs a lot of work

This product has been great since I got it a year back however Ive been having problems transferring funds since last week I get an error message after I attempt to transfer funds from savings to checking When Im on the go it gets a bit frustrating Please fix this problem Please Please Weird Transfer Errors

Overall the app is handy but lately it has been crashing causing me to delete the app and reinstall Maybe it needs to be updated to fit the newer iOS App keeps crashing

I am soooo glad to find this app Very Convenient
The app is nearly unusable because it locks up forcing you to kill the app and login again Maybe someday they will update the app to make it work with newer phones and iOS Locks up repeatedly
The app is okay but crashes when trying to load over ATT 4G network After entering the login credentials the app will freeze up However the app works fine on WiFi connection Glitch on 4G network
It would be nice to have a quick login feature like USAA does with just a four digit pin instead of having to remember your member number Or make it a username instead of the id Want quick login

This app refuses to allow the pin login After entering the pin correctly it appears to load but then goes to a login button I close the app and try again I then try to use the login button but that never works either This must be fixed soon I often cannot get to a regular computer to balance my account Wont log in

If I could get logged in when I want it would be a great app Initially it worked fine but the last year has been horrible with trying to get logged in I just close it and go to the website If I Could Get Logged In

For the billionth time I am out of town nowhere near a computer and DESPERATELY NEED to check my bank account and I cant Been a long time like this Sick Sick Sick of it I can only assume this is happening so they can purposely charge me overdraft fees when I go negative the app wont work I cant get it on my internetsafarifix it I should be able to leave home and get on my acct Doesnt work
May just be my phone but I cant even get the app to open It gets stuck on the splash screen and then times out Wish it would work
