Arris pushed a firmware update to my device which interrupted my internet connection on each device to inform me that I was being given 3 years use of a product I neither need nor want I bought my router to avoid trash like this and now it comes direct from the manufacturer Not cool I will be contacting arris to roll the update back and will not be buying their products in the future     Absolute trash DrPepperSoft

I purchased my router over a year ago but with the latest upgrade I am now being use a poorly designed mcafee add on to my arris surfboard It is worthless unneeded why force me to create parental controls when I don t have kids and has disrupted access for all of my devices I have had to reset each one so far just to the internet If I can find a way to remove this application I most certainly will do so at the first opportunity     Forced use application Machak88
