Dial up your favorite art and create an art slideshow that you can play on your device or on your TV via AirPlay.
this is a fairly bad slideshow implementation No transition effects WHATSOEVER so far as I can tell the watermark is distractingly large and on every photo and the categories are not all that differentiated At least make the watermark smaller or only on an occasional image address the other issues and this would be a five star review        Aside from the slick interface
Seems like a good idea but has not been executed well Cant exit out of slideshows and it often returns to the beginning for whatever reason Also the watermark is really distracting from some of the gorgeous artworks Will download again when these issues are resolved        Seems promising
I liked the general idea of this app when I saw it and thought it sounded intriguing enough to download it and take a look despite the negative reviews Turns out it is an interesting idea but unfortunately it does definitely seem to be more of a rough concept at this point than any sort of particularly usable app The dials seem like kind of a cool concept for the first few minutes between the time you first see the app and the time youve had it open long enough to make your first selection Then they really just feel like a fairly limiting gimmick Plus its about that time that you realize theyre a fairly intricate skeuomorph for an entirely abstract idea which never would have had ties to dials or really any physical interface to begin with The absurdity abounds The typography of the interface feels fairly schizophrenic and scattered in so far as none of the typefaces used seem to have any relation to one another They just seem randomly tossed in with no thought to the overall context of the app Had I not seen the response reviews explaining how to exit the slideshow when I first downloaded the app I have to agree that I would have been fairly puzzled Once you see it there does seem to be some logic or at least symmetry to the idea Without prior knowledge or any sort of visual indicator though its really clear at all on its own In general the app leaves me feeling as though Im missing some sort of further interaction thats hiding a large chunk of functionality Initially I thought I was giving this app two stars instead of one because I liked the concept of give us some parameters and well show you some art Really though thats a pretty standard concept across most any siteapp that deals mostly in imagery So actually two stars instead of one for trying out a new approach and set of interactions for that concept Unfortunately though I would recommend pretty much all of the photoart community apps that I can think of right off over this one As a final note I could be wrong but the current top three most helpful reviews strike me as somewhat less than genuine And thats just shady        Interesting idea missing a lot
I would recommend offering an app that costs 99 and updates with art frequently but does not have the logo and allows the viewer to change the slide transition For example I would like to use dissolve or random to have the art seamlessly transition I think you could even go so far as to sell packs of digital art for the digital collector It is a new world and art such as music must evolve with regard to viewing and distribution This is just my two cents worth I didnt have any issue navigating the app and thought it used the Igestures well              Almost there
Great app I only wish that I could bookmark pictures to come back to later                 Great
What an interesting way to learn more about art                 Very very cool
The app is slow and clunky     Interesting idea many bad decisions
When they get it up to par Ill take a look     Maybe Later
Nice              Not bad
Great attempt to discover art with this simple dial UI Nice way to use your TV and enjoy art while listening to your playlist                 Creative and simple way to discover and enjoy art
Whats the point of having it Besides the app is so slowwwwwww     Whats the point
