Never in any other Bank or Credit Union have I been treated like I have with this one Of course all the rest at first bend over backwards to get you signed up then it s like your just another number to them I have been with Ascend for years now and still every time I go in I m treated just as well as the first day I walked through the doors They have helped me when I needed it and still made me feel welcomed and part of their family even when at times they were unable to help Customer for life Love the Credit Union Equinecop

So I just opened with this bank a week ago and I can t even access the app I can access everything else thankfully but it would still be nice and convenient to use the app Hopefully it works soon Can t access the app SillyAha

Simple easy to use not a lot of bull crap to deal with like many other bank Apps if I would to add or change anything I would only add the option to link PayPal or msn ebank or Amazon to it where you can for example Amazon credit card type online shopping other than that change nothing Great app
