it feels like the dev team have given up on what could have been a great idea Unanswered questions that are old and you CANT JOIN TO REPLY LOL Not fit for purpose

I just loved this app immediately I filled the signed up form read some questions answered few of them everything perfect but when I tried to ask something the app crashed 3 time in a row I cant stand that Deleted Sorry Great Idea Bad performance

I used the app to get local info when I travelled to Spain last year I found it very useful because it goes beyond what can be found in conventional travel guides Particularly useful for getting tips on visiting places off the beaten track Great stuff keep it up Great app

Great app Quite addictive too I love that it works offline as I like to go through questions while on the train and learn about places through other peoples input and add my own feedback Ive used it to research an upcoming trip to Asia and am amazed at how fast helpful and varied the replies have been Love it Fun and very helpful

I recently started using this app and I am hooked It is great for many reasons Just browsing through to read questions and answers is very interesting as you find yourself learning more than you thought about places you have and havent been to Having traveled a lot myself I find it great to be able to answer questions and help others Third it is a great place to be able to ask anything you need help on and the layout of it makes it easy to receive a response It is an easy app to use and is great funhighly recommended Great App

I signed up through the app which went fine When I asked a question it crashed when I pressed Done Tried two more times crashed each time The app did pop up a crash report I gave up and went to the worldnomads site to post the question Crashed when I asked a question

Seems like a good idea but maybe not for experienced travelers For most questions a guidebook would provide most of the answers Where it seems to be useful is for things a guidebook doesnt cover Of dubious value

How about an interactive map And how about an iPhone app Love it

This is a pretty good looking travel app on the iPad and fairly easy to use but its lack of user content brings it down I still thing gogobot is the new travel king when it comes to content and its number of people using it Right now I use them online but an ipad and iPhone version is in the works so Im waiting for that to get and share my answers on travel SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT IDEA BUT FALLS SHORT TO THE NEW KING OF TRAVEL

I just stumbled upon this app and cant seem to put the iPad down now It is a great way to get answers from other travellers rather than looking everything up online I would rather get advice from someone who has been there Im looking at planning a few trips soon and will definitely be using Ask A Nomad for inspiration It also tests my travel knowledge as it makes me rack my brain for all of the answers I have stored during my travels Nice work I would highly recommend it to any of my travel friends Awesome travel app

I travel mostly for business and sometimes internationally This app is a must have Nomad review
