Why does the app not allow customers to make a change to a Scheduled Payment Such as when I have a payment scheduled there is not an option to change the amount or to reschedule the payment date Makes no sense that the only option is to cancel the payment entirely It is very frustrating to have to cancel a payment and then reschedule Why can t the mobile app the regular online banking website allow the same options             Important Feature Missing Medwrds66

Every time you update your app I have to start the logging in to a new device crap all over again This time I can t use it at all because the contact phone number for my account refuses to update in the app a phone number that no longer exists The CSR said it would update immediately but almost 9 hours later I still can t use it and it still shows the wrong phone number even after deleting downloading the app twice You all are so antiquated sometimes Just went to the website and checked my personal information the CSR never changed my phone number info after asking me a million questions to confirm my identity but she was able to release my bank account balance to me I changed it myself went through the confirmation process and now I can use the app Figure it folks it ain t rocket science     Updates goddessdejour

ACU has done a terrific job with this app but there s always room for improvement I would love to see general account info e g acct loan history payoff amount interest etc the info presented seems like a simplified view and lacks details you may need                 Great app but needs more enhancements Bknique

This ACU app is by far the least useful compared to bank apps out there Transaction are slow to populate and missing vital details Most of all when searching for ATM that associated with ACU not accurate at times     Mediocre app not useful Shaqlanne
