AT&T Connect Mobile

I have an IPAD 2 this app was excellent with IOS 7xx Now that I have IOS8 app does not work Will load identifiers then flash 1 screen and gets into the infinite turning whether on WIFI or cell connection Downloaded app again as diagnostics same result Really need this app to work     Doesnt Work

If you dont allow the app to your calendar it doesnt let you enter the conference code and connect Gosh how could they miss such basic functionality     Needs very basic improvements

This app used to work but no more There is no way to enter a meeting number and code I cant even join meetings that are in my calendar It only recognizes meetings that I have scheduled as host The iPad app is basically worthless     Doesnt work

Complete trash theres no way to enter a meeting code and join a conference If its not in your calendar you cant join it and theres no info on how to add a meeting to the calendar Webex is infinitely better click the link to join or just enter a meeting number so easy     Terrible

I set up the app Forgot my password Selected the link Forgot My Password Was told to dl the app again Infinite loop of frustration Useless app     Set up is horrid

I have not been able to connect into my meetings with the audio since I upgraded to iOS8the APP locks up Any solutions out there I really need to use this mobile app to connect into conferences        Cant get audio to connect wiOS8

Just downloaded latest update Works great and this new VoIP feature is great on iPad and iPhone One small bug I noticed was when I start my video on PC I cannot see the video on ipad Reverse works fine I start video on ipad I was able to see that video on PC              Nice update but small bug

App is not very mobile Connects well via WiFi but streamed images are barely legible as skewed slanted BW images with no audio ATT has not updated since August 2012        Distorted stream no audio

This app is wonderful but would be best to have a chromecast support built in              No chromecast support

Sadly each time a new version is updated the app does not seem to auto update You launch a meeting URL just to find your iPad version is outdated and must go grab the current version before you can join Surely the Dev team can update this app just like 99 of all apps here on iTunes and the user will not get caught with a version that will not work with a meeting URL Showing up late is never fun        Version Updates Poorly Done

I received an unknown error when trying to connect to a company meeting I was able to join through safari bit not using this app     Unknown Error

The description mentions existing telephone resources which apparently means that you have to dial in with a telephone in order to hear the audio Hopefully ATT will update to support the built in audio capabilities of iPads and iPhones        Read the description carefully

App connects great from a connectmeeting URL and shows the meeting The screen refresh lags behind the PC client sometimes but its not bad The worst part is it constantly has a popup asking me to connect my audio by calling me or by having me dial something on my already connected phone Dialing makes confusing noises for everyone else connected so Id rather not do that Nobody cares to connect their phone to the name but the popup is relentless Because of that popup I prefer not to use this app at all and will boot up my laptop to use the windows client instead        Pls I dont want to connect audio

On Sep 14th 2015 not only this app but all ATT webmeeting platforms failed horribly and cause many hours of inefficiency and lost work day hours Huge dissapointment     Huge dissapointment

I was considering a phone upgrade Contacted ATT by phone an got auto generated text msg on my phone to go to the App Store just to even get info about upgrade possibilities So in order to possibly pay AT T more money I have to download an App Really I did so and they app continually locked up my iPad did not supply pertinent information about my current plan in the my plan details section and would not grant me entry to review the app without downloading it a second time The app also repeatedly directed me to turn off private browsing in order to use the app ATT has just lost me as a customer     awful

I like the interface on the app even better than the computer So easy to use Great work                 Powerful conferencing app

Apparently this app wont allow audio or video on the latest iPad ipad Airat least that is what the tech support person told me after trying to get it to work for 30 minutes Seems improbable to me but it sure doesnt work If you cant do audio or video then the app does nothing     No audio or video for iPad Air

Frequently receive error messages that wont allow me to enter meeting because this version is no longer supported although I have the most recent version Takes several attempts to finally enter meeting Often times the presenters screen is slanted Even when I close the meeting and open again it still shows slanted Must be on phone as well as mobile app to listen to meeting If you switch to another app you must go through the motions to reenter the meeting Being one of the only people at work that uses the iPad it makes the iPad look ineffectivekind of embarrassing guys Pro when it works I am super glad I dont have to break out my laptop           Persnickety

This is fine if you want to connect to a meeting and someone else shares their content However you can not share any content on your iPAD or share the iPAD desktop Bummer        Content Sharing

Ill start out by saying For attending a meeting this is perfect For a meeting host it falls short Needs the ability to record audio onto the ATT servers Needs the ability to enabledisable the whiteboard Needs the ability to send the chat log to email like the PC client Needs the ability to make someone the cohost during the meeting like PC client Needs ability to insert a document for use like the PC client to present during the meeting It appears the core functionality is there if just running a meeting to collaborate or discuss a topic which everybody already has the necessary materials Having the ability to host a meeting is not quite worthless without the above but it certainly forces anybody that needs those abilities to carry a PC around just to run a meeting if those features are necessary The world is going mobile and most abilities are being pushed into the tablet world This is certainly one of them and these features would make this app near perfect 25 stars if I could but this one will be rounded down sorry ATT I will edit this rating if that feature set ends up in the app Jaime        Need more features Basic meeting features only

I use my iPad every day I use ATT connect meeting everyday on my enterprise laptop I know how to use both very well I apparently cant attend a meeting that isnt in my iPad calendar so I cant get this app to do anything Thats a nonstarter     Are they serious

The app was flaky to begin with the VOIP sometimes worked sometimes did not Now I cant even join an ongoing meeting no changes on credentials etc     Broken

Incredibly the last few releases fail to work over wifi using ATTs own Uverse rendering the app unusable     Fail using Uverse wifi

App worked great with iOS 6 7 Now that I have upgraded my 5th generation iPad with iOS 8 the app tries to connect but never does The error reads unable to connect to conference As I continue to by pass the error the app eventually crashes It will allow me to lad my credentials     No Longer Works with iOS 8

Very happy with the app I was in a business trip and suddenly need to be in a conference in south Arabia The only way to do it was via ATT connect app Was a great experience and closed a very good business with them via app                 Great money making app

This app does not allow the user to enter a meeting with the linkphone number and code this is the only situation I would use the app     Worthless App

The app was great when able to use VOIP Since the latest update that feature no longer works for me     VOIP no longer works

Most annoyingly one cannot join a meeting already taking place Simply will not do it So if you try to join a meeting one second late you are out of luck And clocks vary everywhere Thats useless to those of us jumping from meeting to meeting and possibly being late or receiving an adhoc meeting invite Initial setup proved awkward but once I joined my own meeting I created the app finally accepted my credentials and retained Could be very handy hope ATT continues to refine the application and bring better functionality into it        Sort of functional

Connects fine but the screen error broken tv signal is the same for me Unusable     Same screen issue reported before
