I have been using Office at Hand for two years now It WORKS the way it is suppose to If you are having problems please check your settings Here are the great features 1 When a call comes us you can tell from the caller ID that it is from the APP 2 When you miss a call you get a text message 3 It is very easy to call back back or block a call So much more but bottom line it WORKS                 This REALLY is a Good APP

UPDATE App stopped crashing upon uninstallreinstall Giving 4 stars until Ive put it through its paces App crashes upon opening on new iPhone 6 Pls fix              No longer crashing

Alerts for new messages is hit and miss        Be great if it work all the time

I have ring central in my office and selected the service because I need to make calls from my office number while out on the road This app SHOULD make this happen However 1 The app cuts out in calls I can hear them but they cant hear me This creates and unprofessional appearance for my company 2 The app does not ring Calls should ring at my desk and cell at the same time This works maybe 10 of the time Usually this leads to missed calls which means lost money 3 My iPhone 6 running the latest iOS was crashing many times a day Apple ran a test on my phone and they said the report was showing the RingCental App was the only buggy app on the phone I deleted the app backed up the phone and restored it from a clean back up No more problems For as much money that RingCentral customers pay you think they would follow the concept Do Less Better Stop rolling out new features and focus on what you offer and get it to work consistently     Crashes my phone

App used to work great but new release is worthless It crashes all the time and the settings page is impossible to access as the app just shuts down For the amount of money I pay for the service every month you would think this would be a great app Highly disappointed     Terrible now

The bad part about this is the texting I can text out but cant receive text messages Calls are routed to my back up most of time not sure what the problem is for that           OCB

The things I dont like are what has been mentioned before That it interrupts a current phone conversation when a call comes in the alerts to text messages are not always coming through and what I dont like at all is that the it often doesnt ring when a call comes in through the app I think those features are very basic and should be provided on a solid basis What I do like about the app is that I have business phone number on my regular phone I am a Realtor and really have to have my number everywhere So this is a nice option It works pretty often just not always I get the phone calls also on my computer which is great and the notifications also come to my email So this is helpful so as to not miss a call that could potentially cost me several thousand dollars           Good App but could be better

This app works good when it works right Sometimes I drop calls upon answering or miss calls cause it freezes up my screen I had an IPhone 3 when we first got this service Now I have a 4S and its just been constant issues I hate the fact that they still dont have a voice option when answering from my personal phone When driving it is not convenient to press 1 to answer           Going on 3 yrs

Terrible product with nonexistent customer service If you are on a call through this product and receive a cellular call the app puts your ringCentral call on hold and automatically connects the cellular call Ugh Call quality is horrible and though it says it will hand off to the cellular network I have never been successful with that feature     Dont do it

There are plenty of features to improve like mark all as read or better UI but this is one of the easiest phone conference services ever              Decent enterprise collaboration

We have used this for 2 years Perfect for a service business by lowering need for office staff and raising communication with clients Love being able to send fax from phonecomputer and receiving fax by email or just viewing from app Have not encountered problems noted by other reviews                 Has been a great business solution

When using iPad to receive work calls device makes no sound to alert an incoming call Talked to customer care about this issue Caesar gave me a number to call that no matter what number I call from it gives a busy signal Basically a bogus number Also the first word EVERY time I speak is cut out or very poor audio        VoIP call issues

For the most part it does what it should However there are some areas for improvement I dont like that Contact names are filed viewable by only first name Also search tool never finds my stored contacts even when spelled exactly as filed saved This make it difficult to search contacts I do not like that outgoing calls via App are incorrectly saved on my iPhone It is frustrating to keep having to erase update my contact info whenever I make an outgoing call Need to improve soon        Slow glitchy

This is a very good app The system works very well for my office staff Well worth it Its capability of using my on hold music when I put the calls on hold from my cell phone is wonderful                 Owner

App has been fine up until a week ago The app no longer notifies me of any messages No badge icon no banner notification nothing Ive had to turn on SMS notifications in order to know if I have any messages or not Please fix notifications I would rather get a normal app notification rather than an email or SMS HELP           Notifications dont notify

Office at hand is a great concept and so far has worked very well The app has room for improvement but seems to work seamlessly with the website and my email I would like to see an easy way to view sent faxes and a separate contact list from my phone There are a lot of features available with office at hand I just need to learn how to use them              Room for improvement

Since the last release this app has become useless I get notifications that Im receiving txt messages in iOS but when I launch the app to read them they dont show up I have to use the desktop client to view and respond to my messages I tried resyncing in the app but that just erased my stored txts Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help Without txt messages the app is useless for me Please fix this issue     Cannot get text messages anymore

Tried 3 times to get txt repaired still not working Now Im not getting all of my voicemails Voice delay is terrible Thought this app would help my company to be more professional but not with all the issues Please repair soon or Im done with it     Still needs work

I love the idea of this app However it never really works correctly I have trouble all of the time trying to get it to act correctly By this I mean it wont ring we miss calls or we have to be logged in to the online page in order to catch what doesnt come through the app I am always having to delete and reinstall the app for it to work properly and it only does that for a day or two Just wished it worked better           Great idea fair service

I loaded this app at the insistence of my company Today I get an angry message from someone stating that my RingCentral number is repeatedly showing up on their phone I have never actually used this app and have never given out the number this is the first time anyone has even called me on it If I wasnt required to have ityou can bet it would be gone     Making Calls Behind My Back

Cant navigate to settings App closes and some times will not open again so the app has to be deleted and then reinstalled Cant even log out of the app if need be Otherwise love this service to death     Not so Good

The app works quite well but does have some issues working after updates It will sometime close right after placing a dialout and you have to close delete and reinstall to get it to work properly All in all it works well Would like to see the text option avaavailable again as it made it very nice to text backandforth to my customers who are not able to accept phone calls during working hours              Owner
