I love Ayn Rands The Fountainhead so now its onto Atlas Shruggedwhich is brilliant so far But I hated We The Livingugh Im only on Chapter 3 but I enjoyed the apps first two Chapter summaries I love the bullet point form and its accuracy Ive read one or two Character summaries and they really help keep track of all the characters Lots of characters are listed not just a few main characters Even betterthe app writer has an amusing sense of humor which is peppered throughout the writing It doesnt take you out of the story its more like funny stuff you and a friend would crack jokes about In response to the other reviewerIt does NOT seem that the app writer dislikes Ayn Rand at all Maybe the reviewer is just a very serious person Im the opposite so I LOVE the humor I havent checked out the quiz yet I could care less But if it DOES make you sign on to Facebook firstthats lame Love this app Good price Good set up Thanks Facts AND Funny
Let me just say this reading the contents of this app makes me believe the writers did not like Ayn Rand or Atlas Shrugged If you are determined to dislike it as well this might be a good training aid for you If you like her or want a balanced view the competing product is probably a better choice The quiz game requires that you connect to Facebook and post results to your profile I was unable to get connection to Facebook to work Since I was interested in the quiz more than the summary this greatly disappointed me and made the product basically useless I also didnt appreciate the bait and switch approach promising a quiz but not delivering it without a Facebook connection I would not have wanted You should be able to quiz yourself on a controversial book without announcing to the whole world that you are reading it If you feel you would not like to read Atlas Shrugged and need some negativesounding sugar coating to take it down you should consider this If you appreciate Ayn Rand and enjoy her works or even if you are neutral I suggest another product The author of this review is an Ayn Rand fan and by all means take that bias into consideration when considering my review Flip and a bit meanspirited to the author
