This app has not lived up to its promise Updates to fix problems are not fixing problem One big problem now is the ability to download inventories and all other paperwork from another drivers or local agents inventories Two updates back was supposed to have this available It is not working as advertised despite us notifying their tech support of this a few weeks back It seems from my dealings with them that now that they have made the initial sale they are not very concerned about fixing the problems that are encountered Their tech support is average at best Sometimes you cant talk to a real person and are told to leave a message When you need help you need it now not when they decide to get back with you The qualifications of a few of their support experts is very weak They always seem to put me on hold and go ask someone else almost after each questionproblem I have Very frustrating after a while I gave them 2 stars because the program generally works ok on the very basic parts of software I have over 1500 invested in iPads scanners printers and have definatley have not gotten enough value on return Needs work

Hey IGC if you are going to only support apple iPad and iPhone for IN HOME ESTIMATING You might want to first be sure theres a PORTABLE PRINTER SOLUTION The portable AirPrint printers are no longer made and the other 2 AirPrint printers are desktop size Cant print in the house Useless
