ATM Locator

Love my credit union have been a loyal member for over 3 years after leaving a Big Bank That Shall Not Be Named but theres nothing quite like having your time and gas wasted after a ridiculously long dayweekmonth at a physically demanding job Many times been sent to locations that dont exist or are inaccurate have limited hours that werent posted or dont accept ATM deposits based on the info the app provided Both full and mobile websites arent much better though theres the rare bit of useful information on the full website like if its an ATM inside of a building mall or store instead of a branch Whether the information about 24hr access or accepting deposits is accurate is anybodys guess My hunch is no Maybe try updating both the sites and the app so that the same information is provided on all of them Also itd be nice if somebody verifies the information thats in and being added to the database is accurate and current ie physical locationaddress accessible hours if not 24 surcharge free accepts deposits walk or drive up inside or outside in a buildingmallstore etc Ever since the update when I go to a Result Detail after a search theres no information other than the Credit Union name supposed distance address Theres a wheelchair question mark in a box clock and recycling icon below the ugly white box containing the address and number not available but there is no information and absolutely nothing happens when you attempt to click on any of them I upgraded from the iPhone 4 to 5 just before Christmas and it did the same thing on my 4 running iOS6 Also no blue dot to indicate your current location Seriously Clicking the little compass icon at the top of the map usually means show my current location instead I find it ridiculous that you get sent back to the open page with the annoying use current location tab popping up yet again instead Especially when youve already got a much larger Back button right above it I find it very sad that in the 2 years that the app wasnt updated that this is what we get when a new version was released Somebody majorly dropped the ball on this one Until I see some major improvements to the accuracy and functionality of this app its not going to take up anymore space on my phone        Info needs verified updated

they updated it today and now its great retina support and no more crashing                 updated and now wonderful

Although this is the official CoOp ATM application the locations do not appear to be current as of 2015 Its about a 6040 chance the location listed still exists or is still a surcharge free location I would recommend asking your CU for a list of local ATMs mine offers a list for locations within 50mi     App Not Updated Since 2013

The database on this app is horribly out of date I went to FOUR locations looking for a coop ATM only to find all four either had changed to a bank ATM or was no longer there Looking at the reviews this seems to be a chronic problem What good is the app if it uses out of date data Too much of a crap shoot if you will actually find what you are looking for They say they have 30000 ATMs on the network Using this app makes me wonder if they have any idea how many are actually working     Almost useless

Its a good app It helps me a lot to find an ATM machine but its a little complicated sometimes to use This app should be a tad more automatic And the map feature should be more compatible with iOS 6                 Good app

The previous version was so much better This absolutely stinks Lousy interface Hate it     Horrible upgrade

Not sure why all the negative reviews Ive found this to be super helpful and its definitely saved me money Its easy to use and gives me directions to the ATM I pick Ive even told my husband and mom to download it so they can find free ATMs and I hardly ever recommend apps                 Super helpful

Dont waste your time The point of this app as I understood was to aid in finding ATMs in the CoOp and save paying the fees for use from out of coop ATMs On a recent 7 state trip including extensive travel in my home state I finally gave up trying to use this app at all after three no longer existed the four I found after ridiculous detours from my travel route still charged me the fees     There is nothing less than 1 star

I saw a flyer at my credit union about this app Downloaded it right away and tested it right away Not only could it not determine my location map app had no problem doing so it also did not list my credit union ATM in a zip code search while I was mere yards from the ATM Deleting it now     Reliable

I cant get the new version to work Im hoping the team fixes it soon It was a good app that we use regularly     New Version

Finds nothing     Zero

I downloaded this app as recommended from my credit union First location it sent me to was nonexistent and a new empty parking lot where a building once was Next location had an ATM but they were no longer part of the program and charged me a fee If you like goose chases then download Better off using ATM locators directly from card issuer to find one close If I wanted fees I could have just went a block down the road     Waste of time and money

Makes it easy to find atms that have no fees thru my credit union Love this              Useful Accurate

It got the job done and gave me a pretty good list of credit union ATMs in my area The interface is kind of clunky and I found the option to sort by ATMs that take deposits but hitting the box didnt actually make the list of ATMs update so I had to go to their website to find a place to deposit money           A decent but not great alternative to the website

The location tool doesnt work        Weak at best

I tried using this app at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim CA and it lead me to no ATMs at all The only ATM I did find charged me        Not accurate when used

Bad UI you can use the nearby locator only once then it disappears After that you have to type in an address or zip which I wouldnt know when traveling and looking for an ATM Navigation is hard to understand and the entire app is ugly to boot     Awful

They obviously want us to pay for fees as this app takes you on a wild goose chase What is there motivation to make better Recommend you delete to save you from total aggregation and waisted time     Useless

I have tried this app three different times The app itself works fine Their database needs a serious scrub and updating I have been led to nonexistent locations every time Ill never use this again Ill work off spidey sense or just wander aimlessly It would fare me better     Useless

The new update seems to crash more often and it is still annoying that the screen snaps back to your current location when you are trying to pan and zoom around        Very unstable

Ap hasnt worked right in months     Doesnt locate anything

It is outdated It takes me to ATMs where a fee is charged now because the ATMs are part of a different credit union network     Not accurate

Every time I find a nearby location using this app while traveling the ATM or bank location has closed or been removed Needs to have a way to report closed locations and ATMs and needs faster updates in underlying data to be considered even usable     Inaccurate and outdated

Need I say more It should ask for location only during use not always The database is old or full of errors The UI is like it was implemented as part of an already late school project        Outdated poor UI asking for more permissions than it needs

The old version was easy to use and of great assistance when traveling to other cities The new version simply throws up a map showing nearby locations but it doesnt show my own location Im driving in a city Im unfamiliar with so if I dont know where I am how am I supposed to know where to go No routing options the full website option is even worse When I used it last week it I managed to track down a location was it my closest I have no idea but when I found the ATM this one said there was a 3 charge It was a credit union but not my CU well see what the next statement shows Please bring back the old version        Was great now mostly worthless

This is pss poor This app has cost me more money than I care to admit It leads you to ATMs but you will still be charged as many are NOT coop or still incur some charge Completely defeats the purpose of the app     Worst App Ever

This app has been a waste of time and is totally useless Three ATMs supposedly within walking distance of my current location no longer exist The website apparently uses the same data Called them up got referred back to the app or website Idiotic Cant get it off the iPad fast enough If your financial institution has a coop ATM better plan on using just that one because apparently they are unable to direct you anyplace else I would give this app a 0 if able     As useless as the coop website and phone tree

When you zoom in on the map and tap an ATM to view the name the map zooms all of the way out then the name shows up When there are multiple ATMs close together you cant tell which one the name popup is for Plus you have to zoom back in each time     Map zooms out bug

I used to like this app but the latest update has made it nearly worthless When you tap an ATM it zooms out and as there is no blue dot to show your current location its difficult or impossible to return to where you were Also it asks EVERY TIME if you want to use your current location     Zooms out no blue dot

Finds the 30000 ATM machines that are free for my network Wow they fixed lots of my complaints I changed my review from a 2 to a solid 4 stars So its got all these icons that show up now with the results with lots of wasted screen space But what do they mean No key and its not clear at all Deposits A circle with a slash thats a NO something but what They dont even use the icons on the search page where you can pick the same options At least I think they are the same My suggestion just use words Deposits walk up 24 hours drive thru There is more than enough room on the page and on the list view              Basically works But not well

I needed some cash and it sent me to a ATM with access restrictions There isnt any way to filter these out of the results Update To find some cash I had to drive to four locations because the data was out of date Im deleting this app now Its useless     Horrible filters

As others have noted this apps integration with maps is awful If you are traveling in an unfamiliar area the lack of a blue locater dot makes it worthless A test group of just five users would have saved this company a lot of embarrassment over putting out such a poor quality app     Almost worthless

Took an hour and 5 different locations to find a ATM while visiting family Either the business shut down or theyre no longer part of the co op        Works but EXTREMELY outdated

The list of locations appears to be correct however the map icons and distance measurements are way off Bad implementation        Distance is way off

Right addresses but placement on maps is sometimes off by as much 10 miles and takes you across city lines        Off by a mile

This is very outdated Takes you to places where fee is charged Dont relay on this app     Do not use

I try to zoom out on maps and it refreshes the screen and zooms back in Happens constantly Makes it useless     Map does not zoom properly

I was looking forward to using this app to find a credit union ATM in Hawaii especially useful as there are a ton of credit unions in the state However the automatic location tool defaults to the mainland and when you enter a zip code in Hawaii the Island or State a default message appears saying Location Not Found Apparently the developers forgot that Hawaii is now part of the Union     App is missing the 50th State Hawaii

And the distances are also not correct        ATM locations are not accurate

Please make this app better There are lots of people like me who depend on this app everyday First thing to fix Clicking on a filter doesnt save that setting It just unchecks itself after you click submit        Buggy app

Having same issue as most people old version I used a lot new version is not user friendly Doesnt pinpoint location on map Hard to navigate where the closest ATM is to you Go back to the old version It was so much better Not well tested Better off just finding your local 711 to use their ATM     New Version is not helpful

Will never use again Took me to CU that charged me fee     Out of date

An ATM finder app should certainly find something to receive any stars at all It looks like someone has fallen asleep at CoOp Network as their website search feature is also not currently working This needs to get fixed fast     Doesnt find anything

Info is wrong most of the time and most places are not where the app says they are and it is lacking on having correct information about ATM deposits spots I travel and have to deposit in coop ATMs and this app does not know which ATMs take a deposit and which dont Great concept bad app        Needs a lot of improvement

I was visiting Monterey Bay in California and could not locate a CU that was part of the coop network I found one CU near by but a review on yelp mentioned that their ATM would still charge 3 so on a whim I found this app and it led me to a small pharmacy which had an ATM inside and to my surprise did not charge me any fee Im satisfied                 Accurate for my locations

I love your site and app I am often disappointed when I drive all the way to one of your locations and it is no longer there Is there a way that we can send updates to you as a company Having this option on the app would benefit your users The past three ATMs I have gone to are no longer coop ATMs You can imagine how frustrating this is for a user Much like the Waze app offers opportunities to submit when there our road changes I would love for you to consider an option for bank changes Thank you           Need an option to update locations

I have used this app a couple times in the last week on two different states and it worked perfectly After reading the other reviews I hope its because the app has been updated and not just luck              Works for me

Thrice sent me to non existent locations in very high traffic areas wasting my time and forced me to end up using out of network ATMs out of desperation I just incurred a negative balance of it Also the locator memory is very short if your tablet screen locks you lose info and have to keep typing in zip code andor zooming The coop locator from my cu also sent me to a non existent location as well so the database is very outdated ingeneral I just have to start jotting down locations of federal CUs when I happen by them because the coop ATM locator cannot be trusted     Crap
