This app crashes and is not at all helpful in trimming audio files of any sort I stupidly read the positive reviews and installed this app then tried using it to trim some noise at the beginning of a file that I had just downloaded in iTunes There is no instructions no help and no way to preview the file before trimming the length In short you re basically downloading some graphics of some slide bars but the app has absolutely NO functionality I worked with it for over a half hour trying to get the app to trim a file I m getting a refund Horrible     Want My Money Back solgar1970

I was just looking for a simple program that would splice a song and I was super unimpressed by Audio Cutter The application cannot be maximized screen size so it s hard to see the nitty gritty details of the song It s got a very plain interface which I liked but it s also pretty limited in its functions The worst thing though was that every time I imported a song from iTunes the playback was distorted which made it difficult to cut where I wanted to cut Everything that this app can be used for is easily and more professionally accomplished in Garage Band         Just use Garage Band csagers

1 Music Clips loads very slowly Production time on a project is most important 2 Scrubbing is virtually a waste of time because I am unable to scrub to the time and place the in point and out point and move forward to the next song 3 When Selecting the in point it jumps to the beginning of the song and I was simply unable to make the program work 3 Using enlargment too the sound wave is too small to help and takes several seconds to make an enlargement It is still too small and each time the magnifying is tapped several times I am behind in my project Processing time is a big factor if I have over a hundred of clips to work on 4 Entire program window will not enlarge and to me this would solve issues of working on the timeline After 10 years of production work and experienced in Adobe Audition and Apple Soundtrack Pro I needed a program that was simple no complications cut in and outs and be done with the clip that will work on my iPad I planned on integrating the clips from many audio sequences into my iPad but this program fails to meet the simple job it reads before I downloaded The concept is great but the developers need to work much harder on what appears to be some serious bugs I look forward to an update but will not use this to incorporate results into my iPad     Concept vs Reality Maldenite Productions

Very useful app that makes it easy to trim an audio clip add fade in fade out effects and save to just about any audio format available My reason for only giving it 3 stars is that it has a bug that causes some of the controls to become unresponsive after a couple of minutes of use When this happens I can t drag the handles for the starting or stopping points where I want and the only way to fix it that I know of is to quit the app and start over Therefore I have to make all the edits I need pretty quickly before the controls freeze up Other than that it s a very simple and useful app that does what it s meant to and if the developers would just address this one problem I could give it five stars             Good but buggy glennjw77

This program works as advertised In fact it s quite useful However difficulty controlling it made me rate it three out of five It is very frustrating to try to place the playhead and starting ending positions where you want them The creators of this program should update it and add in the option to enter exact times for the start end spot using the keyboard Additionally when you try to move the playhead the program will often act like you were trying to adjust the start or end position instead There are little paddle things attached to each that give the appearance you should click drag the paddle to adjust that marker in fact the paddles do nothing at all and the program always grabs whichever marker it thinks the mouse was closest to You will often find it impossible to get this program to do exactly what you want             Works alright drdgbls

First off this app is PAINFULLY slow Did I mention PAINFULLY And on top of that you can only make one audio cut of a file If you have an audio of a lecture for example and you need to make multiple cuts to the file forget it You need to open a file make a cut save the file and if you want to make another edit you need to reopen the file to make another edit which takes forever to open the file again Good luck with this garbage     PITIFUL APP PLEASE READ GRub57
