This app is genius 100 accessible and very easy to use First it is not a barcode reader What it does it uses existing barcodes so you can make audio labels Considering almost everything has Barcodes this is really a neat app I pointed the camera at the existing barcode once it recognized the barcode I said Honey Nut Cheerios Now when I go back and scan that bar code I hear my beautiful baritone voice say Honey Nut Cheerios I tried scanning various labels including soup cans and cereal boxes The scanner did very well ad good as any scanner I have tried Now the bad news it has much the same difficulty finding the bar codes as any other scanner unless you can see the bar code This is not the apps fault rather the bar codes fault The bar codes can vary in size from as little as one half inch square to half the size of an iPhone So the size of the bar code will also dictate how far away you need to hold the camera And considering a cereal box has six sides it can be a lengthy process to find the bar code I paid over 30 for digit eyes to accomplish the same thing so the price is right I give this app 5 stars out of a possible 5 Chuck This app is genius
If I could give this app zero stars I would I want my money back Stop ripping people off by selling junk A worthless app
This app is useless it will not open on two ipod touches that I know about so there is no way I can even test it I am sorry I bought it Audio labels
