I have had Avast on my home computers for at least 4 years I now use it on my iPad and on my iPhone Just wish like many others that the connect feature was automatic when accessing the Internet Love it but please fix the reconnect thing

Im interrupted constantly by Avast telling me that I have too many devices more than 5 connected which is NOT the case and Im constantly reconfiguring my profile to temporarily correct it It keeps trying to connect and interrupts constantly while Im using my WiFi and consumes much time in getting it out ofmy way Perpetual Nuisance

First of all I never write reviews This app worked flawlessly for the 7 day trial so I purchased it After that it did NOT work at all After several unanswered emails to Avast I called and talked to a live person He said that I should have received an order number directly from them via email I did not and that if I didnt have that email the would not be able to issue me a license to make the program workeven though I offered to send him the iTunes receipt showing I paid He claimed that I purchased it through a disreputable source and that he couldnt do anything for me I told him ordered THROUGH THE APP STORE He said sorry sir there is nothing I can do What the what Worst customer service in the business

But needs some tweaks Automatic loading of VPN on demand when using Internet has to be separately activated on the Avast app settings and nowhere else AND has to be set to auto after EVERY time you change location which should be automatic for ALL locations Unfortunately they let you waste time AND be unprotected while you figure this out on your own Also every once in while maybe when you re initialize your phone the VPN has to be reinstalled but at least it does recognize your subscription and reloads fine Works very well when its working
I have it a 3 star because after I wrote my first review a few minutes ago it said the nickname was already used and I had to retype my review It was 4 stars about 3 minutes ago Avast Secureline works great for traveling and keeping banking secure Also allows connections to US only websites Works great

I had the original Avast secure line and it was very cumbersome so I decided to go without it but this new version works fairly seamless The only complaint is that it sometimes takes a little while to connect which is an issue at time but other than that it works smoothly and seamlessly Better the second time around
This is very good protection My issue Im not always connected and I have to do it manually each time Wish I didnt have to connect all the time

I too have to reconnect sometimes For some reason it works great Then i finish and close the ipad cover When i open the cover i have to reconnect Issue is that the keep apps awake or at least ready to run when the cover opens or i press the power botton Apparently there seems to b an issue with not receiving a strong signal to keep the app ready to run when i open the cover I am not a wiz kid but this is just a thought Anyway when its on it works great As some of the rest off the reviews i to would like to have this worked on asap They are starting to get a bad name That is why I gave a 4 stars I feel ur pane

I have used it for over a year No problems at all I have set it to load automatically when turning on my device access cellular or WiFi 1999 is a small price for this type of security I will keep it Outstanding App

This Vpn app is working great so far I used the 7 day free trial and since it worked good I went with the 3 month subscription to test it a little further If it continues to work well Ill upgrade to buying a whole year20 I have avast antivirus on my home computer and Im also happy with that Considering going with Vpn on that as well Keep up the good work 5 star so far
