I spoke to avermedia they advised no additional support was going to be offered as they dissolved the security department So the only way to monitor your 500 system remotely is with I E and only on windows 7 or lower They essentially screwed over tens of thousands of customers And they do not care I used to only refer people to avermedia now I will never buy anything they manufacture again because they have proven that they may stop supporting without even bothering to advise people people who have registered a product that they were no longer supporting their products I am really annoyed because I had to settle for a prebuilt setup because I have to have cell phone access to remote viewing I wanted to do what they should have done and tell everyone there is not going to be any updates     Company dissolved their security department Sage74

Updated to iOS 9 and function keys at the bottom of screen disappeared Tried reinstalling app to see if it would fix problem only made it worst Can no longer connect to or add network and cameras because function keys are missing         Need to update app ~[R}(I}|[B}•

Aver viewer still does not work with the most recent iPad update Bottom eight of the security cameras cannot be accessed Also when viewing four cameras the pictures are disproportional in size     Principal Bekob1960

Since latest version my iPad can only access single cameras while in landscape mode when I choose the multiple camera button the app crashes And the single cameras are zoomed in and don t show the entire frame Even does this with Avers test site App also crashes in portrait mode I am starting to wonder if these updates are even tested prior to release     Latest version breaks Again Justinb19

The app is great and very useful and I love Avermedia My only issue with the app is that it wont allow me to view all my servers at once Ive got 5 different servers in separate locations PLEASE update so i can see all my servers 20 cameras on one screen                 Great but Pvphooman
