I would like to see more features like being able to pay for new members or renew customers on the app I would also like to see buttons for updates and such on one page without having to click through 4 or 5 things to get updates ect Add customers and send downloads from mobile devices AlbanyMCS

it could be better i think that you should be able to add customers on the app it would help when you close deals with a client to be able to add services right there on the spot as apposed to pulling out a laptop to do the same thing I believe once you make the functionality of being able to do the same thing you would do on the site within the app resellers and their clients will be a lot happier I know myself being a reseller would be very pleased with that OK

This is a great app for Cloudcare resellers For all of you people giving a bad review because you cannot create an account then you shouldnt even be downloading this app YOU MUST BE A RESELLER to get an account All this app does is let us manage our Cloudcare clients and see alerts on accounts thus it is of no use to non resellers Great app

As a CloudCare reseller I find this app very useful I can monitor and manage my customers computers directly from my phone I look forward to an iPad version with even more controls Very convenient

With todays security breeches in so many systems and data farms knowing as soon as possible your not protected or that there are definition updates available for a more secure network is vital I have set up every client I manage and have been very pleased with the protection AVG offers as well as support getting thing operating optimal Security At Large

How the heck do I log in Log in

The concept is the start of something nice to have the devices with status of alerts in a quick accessible app However an iPad version is need To have Remote IT able to create groups and move devices between groups deploy installs change policies When on an iPad go to the website you say When you go to the Cloudcare website it forces you to the app Its an iPhone app Make an iPad version too if youre going to do that Needs Lots of work

Awesome app I am a cloudcare reseller and LOVE this app I see some bad reviews due to not being able to register Well here ya go you must contact avg sales department and send them your tax id and speak with them to get a login I have about 300 accounts adding more daily I manage and this is a AWESOME tool to help me be productive and useful to my clients Thank you avg Awesome app Must be a reseller

I cannot see a time when I would need to manage a backup or antivirus on the road I do see a time when my clients will need remote assistance while I am out of the office Since this app provides the former and not the latter it is pretty useless to me Cant remote in so useless tool
