I have tried to join app but if you are on blue medicare advantage you can not use this app thats crap     Does not work for seniors

My insurance broker just recommended this app but it wont let me log in Not only that it does not produce any error screen to let me know whats happening This app is nonfunctional and has a very bad UI     Cant log in

The only useful thing this app does is show your deductible balance It would be 100x more useful if it would show innetwork practitioners near your current location Theres a self diagnostic tool that will tell you what you might be suffering from then it tells you to seek help Ok where should I go thats innetwork This app wont tell you I thought this app would help simplify the murky infuriating waters of health insurance Nope All it will do is connect you to customer service where youll be on hold for hours and hours It will call the same number any joe off the street could find on the internet Apparently even with their gazillions of dollars the health insurance industry enjoys making things as difficult as possible for their customers I dont know if theyre ignorant of the advances if technology or just dont give a crap about you Probably both        Not awesome

Im sure they will make this app better in time but this initial release doesnt contain much I want to see my EOBs and how much Ive used toward my deductibles     Boring

Good start but please add feature to view how much has been charged towards deductible App currently functions about the same as a photo of my ID card Displays info but no useful additional features Find closest urgent care Great but what if its not an emergency I dont want to pay high price for urgent care Add an option to find closest IN NETWORK care not just urgent care Find in network doctor feature would be nice too     Good start

pointless app other than having a digital insurance card Since it was just updated I thought maybe the ability to make premium payments would now work WRONG If youre not going to fix this issue then why bother even having it in the app GARBAGE     Just updated but STILL CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT

Up until last month no problems with this app Last month I could get my personal info but couldnt make a payment This month I cant even open the app it crashes immediately Is there any hope     Was fine now useless

Solid new app Love having my ID card on my iPhone I can clear out my wallet now And bonus No more photocopies at the docs ofcjust emailed it right to her                 Quick and convenient

Trivial app seems mostly focused on billing and looking up symptoms Where is the provider search Nowhere And its designed for old IPhones Useless to me Deleting        Needs provider search

Needs to be changed to show individual family members deductible and outofpocket balance amount It currently shows only the policy holder Online registration for their website only allows for the policy holder employee to register which is how you log into the app        Needs improvements

The whole reason I got the app was to pay my bill and when I click on pay premium it says access denied     I dont like it

I appreciate the start and the sentiment of the App but right now it doesnt contain much information nor is it too helpful How about locating out of state providers Recent statements spent towards your deductible Its not very interactive more like a digital insurance card        Not much

Application does not recognize current existing usernames and password Cant even use the app because of this     App does not recognize login information

I am constantly having issues with this application Right now the payment option isnt working which is a MAJOR inconvenience Please fix this        So many errors
