I ve always loved the Sun App in my glances on my Watch I clung to iOS 9 watchOS 2 for a long time so when I updated the app and it disappeared from the watch I assumed it now required watchOS 3 and by extension iOS 10 as this happens with apps often So I updated both the phone and watch but the Sun App still does not show up in the Watch App as installable I ve deleted rebooted cleared cache installed in the Watch App AppStore etc to no avail Please fix Great writing         Great Writing But The Sun App Doesn t Show Up In The Apple Watch App To install On The Watch iSteve-0

Story alerts are nice and timely but viewing limit of stories per month makes the app almost worthless You shouldn t have ads on the landing page ads in the stories and pop up ads while still expecting people to pay a monthly subscription One revenue source or the other not both IMO         Viewing limit Jrwilks

The Sun app is about average for a newspaper app but with a couple of annoyances that make me want to pick up the physical paper instead The only way to go to a specific section is by scrolling across the top bar and not all of the sections are there or are not recognizable at least And the search function is just plain bad I don t think I ve ever found a specific article using it I just give up and google it It s nice to have specific sections dedicated to the local sports teams but why can t I read the funnies on my phone The Post won t let you either         Useless search function Brouwman

Grew up getting the Baltimore Sun hard copy paper Always impressed with its quality and as long time Orioles fans enjoyed its coverage and more recently the BS dedicated Orioles app Sorry to see that go As to this Smooth well thought out app Permits customization of sections easy movement around app scrolls well ISSUES 1 Too many advertisements They are embedded in the headline list for each section and worse in the middle of every single story They remain there even if one is reading offline Will they still be there if we subscribe Until we know that we won t subscribe 2 Text is small and there is no way of changing the font size at least none that we can find We don t hold our devices up to our eyeballs so this is a problem Until that is added we won t subscribe or use the app Note the BS Orioles app has font size controls but even its largest size was too small 3 The sections list is incredibly long including county after county Those should be grouped and put at the bottom As it stands it requires too much rummaging and rearranging to get sections right Hope you all can fix these things we would like to keep following the O s even though we now live hundreds of miles away from home             Slick but has major issues AstroPaul

Many articles are days old This is a poor substitute for the digital newspaper that at least had the look of the paper copy I m better off using Flipboard for my news     Slow and irrelevant Wwdiner

This newspaper the online version and this app are an absolute embarrassment to the city and state Baltimore is a great city and deserves so much better Sadly I have to subscribe to the Washington Post to get good coverage of Maryland and Baltimore sports teams It really is just sad and pathetic     An app as abysmally bad as the newspaper The Real Zen Boy
