The Basichords is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 1.3 MB to download. The new Basichords app version 1.4 has been updated on 2014-11-16. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I purchased this app specifically for ukulele chords and until now it has worked flawlessly What happened When I opened the app during a uke jam today it was set for guitar chords and did not have any other instrments available Please give me back my uke chords     Was fabulous until the uke chords disappeared Ukaholic

Very easy to use suggests one fingering for chord and MOST importantly shows you alternate fingerings for the same chord down the side Beautifully laid out much faster to find the chord you want than any other app I ve seen Includes dim7 aug sus2 and sus4 as well as 6 9 b5 5 and 9 chords so goes way beyond basic chords as far as I m concerned Love this app Together with my metronome app this is one of the MOST used apps on my phone Highly recommended                     This is GREAT app academic presenter

Just opened Basichords on my iPhone and discovered a banner of iAd had taken over my favorite app Images of crap Lego games Clash of Titans and Google are flashing in my face I loved it but if they re gonna pull this I am GONE         I Loved it Until Sule G

I just recently bought a book on mandolin chords and these chords do not match up with the chords in the book Any suggestions             Mandolin chords Jtg02

Awesome app I ve played the guitar banjo ukulele and mandolin and it has every imaginable chord for all of them To the reviewer who asked Am I missing something or are there no diminished triads Yes you are missing something Diminished sevenths are essentially the same If you re just going to play triads you don t really need a chord chart                     Simple versatile and comprehensive bequeath

For those who just want to play the uke for its sheer smile power this is an indispensable app Find a song dial up the unfamiliar chords and you re off Before long you won t even need a chord finder And since it plays chords for you it makes a nice little composing tool for those times when your uke isn t handy Like in airplanes Or in jail                     Uke players rejoice Sockeye1971

Am I missing something or are there no diminished triads I find that to be a pretty glaring omission as that s an essential part of a diatonic chord progression I have to leave what s otherwise my favorite guitar chord app and open up another one to see diminished triad chords It would be pretty awesome if this were addressed or if I m wrong and I m simply overlooking the obvious feel free to let me know Thanks             Basichords missin basic chords Rip the Hacker

I just took up the ukelele and find this a very helpful app I contacted the developer about the iOS 5 crash problem and within an hour he had submitted a fix As soon as Apple approves the change it should be back up and running                     iOS5 Fix is on the way appleste

If you are looking for chord app hit Install immediately I have downloaded MANY both free and paid but this app stands out What makes this app unique is it s chord arrangement Basically what you see is ALL CHORDS on one place Forget about scrolling and searching All chords are right there just one click away At first I was shocked because I was expecting just the basic chords Hands down this is THE BEST CHORDS APP                     Absolutely GREAT Donchev

Seriously This app got bad reviews because there aren t bass chords this app is perfect As an experienced guitarist it s helped me learn all sorts of alternate positions for chords as well as help me find those weird chords like 7sus4 and sus2 quickly In a pinch Even better I ve been picking up the mandolin and banjo recently and this helps me figure out the chords I need In less than a second If you re looking for other similar free apps try the mandolin companion or whatever stringed other instrument you re looking for and that will help with learning scales and such and also has a cool tuner but basichords is far superior for learning all the chords in various positions for a variety of instruments Use the companion series for a tuner and scales but this app is above and beyond for learning chords on a variety of instruments Seriously that this got a bad review for not having bass chords is beyond unfair I wish I could give it 20 stars to make up for that idiocy                     Awesome Chrisccccc12345

As a new member to the demographic of people who play ukulele I need a chord chart or something for reference and when I saw this I though I ll try it because of the good reviews and Oh my Gosh it is truly amazing It s interactive fast easy 5 stars for user interface 5 stars for database use and 5 stars for being the best damned chord app on the market 5 stars                     Couldn t be any better flippymop_4

I ve looked through all the guitar apps Loaded and deleted several until i landed here Just what i was looking for I have no connection to developer I needed an app that would show me the chords left handed so i dont have to always try to flip them in my mind This works right or left handed                 Great app Surfview
