I purchased this to bates number a 337 page document While the earlier pages are properly numbered it fails to number or double numbers the later pages Until this is fixed I would suggest you not buy this app     Not functional with larger documents Jslwm

I wish I didn t buy this Waste of my money It splits longer prefixes into multiple lines of text so you now have a paragraph instead of a single line smdh I wish it told you the maximum number of characters in a prefix or suffix before purchasing     Cannot handle longer prefixes without splitting into multiple lines JayAkins

I would like to thank Sahand for addressing my concerns so quickly on printing With Sahand s help the problem was diagnosed quickly and I learned that you have to use Preview versus an Adobe product at least for my situation You can most assuredly print using this product and it is absolutely fantastic I am glad I bought it and very glad Sahand was there to help Great customer service for an equally great product                     UPDATE on Print psalm131now

I can t comment on any of the earlier versions because I just downloaded this today but it works great for us I love that I can choose different colors and font sizes Would be great to choose fonts too but that s not a deal killer Also would be nice to be able to tweak the positioning on a single page to avoid wash outs or color conflicts on the background We usually combine the individual files before we Bates stamp that s the last step in production for our office so failure to handle anything other than a single file isn t a big deal PDFPenPro does it with an AppleScript command maybe that would work here In any event it s a very nice little utility that does exactly what it says adds Bates numbering to a PDF                     Works great mark212

As others have reported with version 2 1 after the second document is saved the application will no longer save a modified document with the Bates numbers The application hangs up on the Save screen and the Cancel button and Save button do not function You cannot close the Save screen without closing the application and restarting from scratch     Program failure consulting123

This program successfully set Bates numbers for a two page document On the second document 72 pages the program hangs and never allows Bates marked document to be saved Unsatisfactory Fail     Fail asdl;kj123t

The save dialog hangs more often than not and when it does work sometimes it doesn t number every page I like the interface it just needs to work properly         It s OK when it actually works Jbouklas

Unfortunately this app has no ability to batch process Effectively rendering it useless for anyone who actually needs to Bates label documents If you require the ability to Bates label a document chances are you re working with a large number of documents hence the need for labeling thus this utility is pretty much useless for anyone outside of a high school or paralegal training course needing to be familiarized with what Bates labeling actually is The price is darn near fraudulent for what it does online tools do the same thing one document at a time for free         Can only label one document at a time Xtern01369

App freezes up constantly and will not bates documents starting above 1 Total waste for my purposes     Its a dud chumitz

Very easily quickly and efficiently added Bates stamps to a 300 page document pain free and without any problems and in a way where it would be easy to continue the numbering system on a different document I would like a little more control over the font font size color etc but otherwise did exactly what I needed it to do for a lot less money than other programs that are more complicated to use                 Does exactly what it says kinghami3
