This app used to be pretty good I could actually find books Now I try to do a search and it never finds anything I m looking for never happened in past or it brings up stuff having nothing to do w my search I tried their example of an author search doesn t work Can t even rent an ebook anymore     USED TO BE PRETTY GOOD WynterSkye1

I hope this app didn t cost the county more than 19 95 to have coded It is a good idea but does not have a built in ebook reader so you have to add several other apps as well Search function is erratic It does give you free access to nova university library and some other things but I d be happier if this were a more simple and easy to use app         Good idea but needs work Newkk

I ve been using the App for years now and it s been great never giving me trouble ever BUT for the last month or so that s all changed I can t view what I have checked out what I ve requested and I can t open the E books PLEASE get rid of whatever you ve changed or upgraded on the App and just go back to whatever the previous version was that worked         Used to be good what s happened Menh01

I wish I could give no stars The app won t let me renew anything It won t even let me see the books I have checked out My husband has complained about this before so they obviously haven t done a thing to fix it     No good GrumpAngel

It was perfect until some time ago when it started not being able to show my requests Now it shows the requests but can t show my check outs I m very disappointed     I used to love it Todoazul

The BCL Wow app has never been super fast or particularly user friendly but it was reliable I could always reach my intended search area without issue i e the barcode for checking out books items on hold or list of all items checked out Since the last update I am continuously unable to use most of the app features Currently I am unable to see the 10 books I have checked out and their due dates The last 6 or 7 times I have been to the library I have been unable to use the app to have the librarian scan the bar code so I can check out my books because it will not load I hope another update is in the works and comes out ASAP     Was a useful app before the latest update Swachy&Kahlua

I m a reader Always have been so naturally I love the library The updated app that I just downloaded its superior to the version that I had thank you The small problem is with OverDrive eBooks when I just now attempted to download a book that looked very promising to me I was told that there are currently no cops available I do not understand this As it s not a physical book how could there not be any available Thanks again for the app it makes things very convenient for me                     One small problem My 'go to app'!!!

I love that I can renew and do a bunch of things on this app while on the go But please for the love of all things holy make the renewal process more user friendly Allow us to renew multiple items with one or two clicks and one confirmation Why make us click each book twice Once to renew and once to confirm Do you know how many clicks that is if you have 25 books and little children tugging at your sleeve I love the library and am full of gratitude for its services But please improve the renewal process in your next update             Convenience at the price of patience Leilasky
