Have tried several times to restore issues for iTunes subscription nothing happens Can t read any of previously purchased issues or current ones     Restore issues not working books4wisdom

I have several years of issues that I have purchased through the APP I have tried more times than I can count to get them to restore I have deleted the app and reloaded it and have even sent an email to be told to keep trying WAs told that depending on the time of day it may take a number of tries to restore I have had issues with this app for many many months and this just adds to the frustration     App update lost my issues frustrated beader

I had many issues I had purchased here in this app and they disappeared I was in the middle of a project and it just went away I have tried to restore purchases 20 times in the last week I have sent 3 emails and no reply What s the deal with the poor customer service     All of my issues are gone Thebigwinner

Same thing happened to me Years of subscription and when app updated I lost it all and it won t let me update it through iTunes It says wait for update and 2 hrs later nothing Very frustrating Please help     What has happened CAT267

The October November paper issue came out weeks ago Where is the ipad version I pay for a subscription and it is always late one year later again Do you all forget us Should I unsubscribe and go paper The digital issue is out in your on line store easy to fix right You could have it up in five minutes for us         Why always late Beadbeast

I loved this magazine I have a subscription to this magazine I have several issues in my iPad I can t open ANY of the since the new iOS 8 None of my other subscriptions seem to be impacted Only Beadwork I m furious Apple and Beadwork have to put their heads together to fix this     Cannot load ANY Beadwork Mag since iOS 8 update vizzpat

I updated the app in order to view the new issue and now it doesn t even appear in my library at all Disappointed Hoping it will appear somehow soon         Can t view the new issue Disappointed beader

I love Beadwork magazine However when I ordered a subscription from this app I was fully charged and the magazine was never received on my ipad     Doesn t work triciaaz

I downloaded this app with high hopes I downloaded the free sample issue and bought an individual issue before deciding if I wanted to purchase a subscription I ve subscribed to the print version of this magazine for years So I purchased the subscription for 19 99 through the app When I went to download the latest issue I got a popup stating I have to upgrade newsstand before I can download the first issue of the subscription I just paid for even though the other two issues worked fine So I upgrade the newsstand go back into the app only to see that the subscription button is gone and to get the latest issue I now need to pay 5 99 even though I have the receipt that I ve been charged the 20 bucks for the subscription So I made sure my iOS is upgraded I deleted and reinstalled the Beadwork app and restored purchases and still nothing Apple is giving me the run around and the publisher referred me back to Apple Do not purchase a subscription from this app I ve loved the Beadwork magazine but after bilking me for 20 I won t be a customer in any form anymore     Aggravation 2203 0542 61

I have a subscription to this magazine and now with this feature it makes it all the better I really enjoy the ease of being able it read the magazine in this format I am interested in saving trees but am way more interested in the convenience of having the magazine on my iPad I hope more magazines that I have give this option                     Great Feature Cclav
