There has got to be more to the Christian Life than this This was me back in 1976 I was so frustrated that I went to see a counselor at my Church I dont remember all that he said but I do remember him recommending Dr LloydJones book Studies in the Sermon on the Mount I picked one up and found out that my Christian walk was basically at the beginning of the sermon Blessed are the Poor in Spirit I didnt feel very blessed at the time but as I read and understood I realized God was at work changing me into a Godly person step by step This book is SO good I cant give it enough stars And now Ive discovered the App which is an audio version of the book What I really like is that you can follow along with the audio and read the book at the same time on the screen The text automatically follows the speaking voice Plus the person speaking is very natural not at all like hes reading to me I use it while working out on my treadmill Its the perfect companion and Im finding the teaching to be just as transformative nearly 40 years later I highly recommend it I have yet to hear a more complete accurate and balanced indepth study of the Sermon on the Mount as this one                 Transformative
