This app is pretty decent but hasnt updated the new line 4 Line 4 was launched in late September and the app still has not been updated I would shop around for other apps with line 4until they update Line 4 is pretty important for students and also convenient since it passes through Xidan the Beijing Zoo Zhonguancun and Beijing University Good but not up to date

Just returned from threeweek vacation on Beijing staying near Xizhimen This app really doesnt do that much The subway map itself isnt any differentbetter than a paper one For example Doesnt zoom outin for overview or detail view No details on the subway exits and which streets youll come up on No integration with street maps or popular destinations eg you cant select Summer Palace and find out which subway stop is nearest The major advantage is that its in your iPodiPhone instead of being a separate piece of paper that you have to carry Might that be worth its price No because it doesnt include Line 4 which opened in late September Nice idea Needs an update and a more compelling value proposition Not Much Better Than Paper Map and Out of Date
Finally after over a year since a new subway line was added this app has been updated to include it Its is an excellent app but shameful how long it took to update To the developer please dont let this happen again About Time

I was recently in Beijing for a week My hotel was right by a subway station and this application allowed me to easily traverse the entire Beijing subway system The location abilities station information and overall ease of use make this a very helpful application Extremely Handy
OK app but unfortunately hopelessly outdated The new line 4 has been operational for almost a 6 month now but is still missing in this app where are you guys on the moon OUTDATED no Line 4
