For last two weeks cant transfer between accounts or do remote depositing Cant even do basic transfers
If I could leave a half star review for this app I would Screen resolution for one hasnt been updated since the iPhone 4 days and its terribly slow Bellco is a great credit union and love their service but their online banking is stuck in the stone edge Please put some life back into your services God awful
Ive checked out all of the features of this app and the new design makes mobile banking intuitive Its clean attractive and simple to use and has everything I need in a mobile banking app Love the new design

Ive tried about 50 times to deposit a check on the app it does not work also called Bellco about 10 times asking them what the problem is and they have not helped whatsoever cant deposit checks

I used this app mostly for balance checking transferring money between accounts and mobile deposit of checks Today I went to deposit a check and it wont even take a picture of the frontback sides Even after I take the picture and hit use picture it says blank Im going to just assume its a website issue and will be fixed but what a bummer Gotta use my lunch break to deposit What happened
I downloaded this app to make deposits so I dont have to drive to the ATM machine At first the app allowed me to to deposit checks but just recently this app no longer allows me to perform that functionthe app just closes every time I attempt to approve the picture How inconvenient now I have to wait in line at the atm machine again Im glad the Navy Credit Union has an app that worksIll use them instead Wake up Bellco CANNOT MAKE DEPOSITS
When it works greatif you can get it to work The tech team expects you to spend lots of your own time helping them figure out their job Halfcooked unreliable fail Unreliable with no customer support halfcocked
I am kind of surprised by all the bad reviews I am able to login fine and look atdo what I want just fine I dont have crashing problems or anything like that Works great for me
This app hasnt been updated in years Login process is painful requiring two passwords be used when they could do it with Touch ID I contacted Bellco a few months ago about this outdated app and their full banking site not working well with mobile devices or even Safari browser on my Mac and got lots of excuses The reality is that Bellco would rather spend money on advertising to their members for high interest loans then get these tools up to speed Never updated

This app has a lot of bad reviews As of the last couple updates though everything works and its perfectly acceptable It seems to me that Bellco runs a tight business that doesnt overspend on stuff that can get really expensive like contracted app development Fault for the previous bad versions might very well lie with one or two developers struggling to handle a fullfledged banking app In any event its still a bit clunky but it does everything it needs to for a solid four stars Ignore outdated reviews

Im in the process of switching banks to Bellco and Im very nervous to actually switch bc of how awful the app is I use my banking apps daily and I cannot even log in Help And please update the app to fix all the issues Terrible
Ive called customer service many times its not useful to call them unless youre bored and trying to pass the time I had one customer service rep tell my the app doesnt work on iPhones and iPads because iOS doesnt support Flash Are you kidding me No training for these reps at all She referred my case to their internal technical team and said theyd get back to me but its been week without a single call back Also the app hasnt been updated in about 2 years Would be nice to have the app be the correct screen resolution and support Touch ID and be able to log into my accounts Ive never been able to even log into my account

It claims that you can deposit checks but to my surprise none out of maybe 100 attempts have ever been accepted This app doesnt save me any time now that I cant deposit mobile checks Cant deposit checks
The bellco mobile banking app hasnt been updated in over two years it never fit the screen of my iPhone 5 and now is even worse on my iPhone 6 Login process is a huge hassle The option for TouchID or at least a four digit code should be available as opposed to having to enter a user name and very long password which is actually two passwords in one because of how their website login is designed I also have trouble regularly when depositing checks into any other than my main checking account which is annoying I have to deposit and transfer almost every time I only use it because I have to but it honestly makes me consider changing banks I do everything on my phone and its annoying to have such a subpar experience on an app platform Hasnt been updated in years
You seriously need to fix the app Especially for iphone 5 I cant stand the tiny screen Optimize for iPhone 5
Useless Not good
It crashed twice on my 4S while trying to deposit a check Got 2 checks deposited and then rejected 3rd one and gave no reason just call support Support person while nice did not see any errors posted to account gave standard Help Desk blow off of try again in an hour In my experience both on Help Desks IT this means the app is having problems but we are not supposed to admit it please go away and hope the magic fairy dust works which indeed it did 5 minutes later I cannot recall any problems ever with the prior version Sadly This version is not ready for prime time yet Pretty But very buggy
App has minimal functionality shows that I have No accounts doesnt even work well with bellcos own login system Youre far better off with the mobile site than this garbage Literally one of the worst apps Ive ever used

Ive been using this app for years to deposit checks Now Im getting User Not Eligible to deposit checks This is the only reason I need this app and its crucial for it to work when needed User not Eligible
If I try to use this for more than 30 seconds I get a session expired notice Cant mobile deposit because I get logged out before the deposit processes Worthless Time Out
The good User interface is decent The bad Anything to do with the login First and most critical the app does not utilize biometric login as do all of my other banking apps eg Chase Amex etc If the biometric login feature was added I would be very happy with the app Second the app does not remember my username when I tell it to Bummer on top of bummer Right now I only use the app to deposit checks because I hate driving to the credit union just slightly more than I hate logging into this app Interface is good login is abysmal
I am absolutely thrilled with the new Bellco banking app It looks good and run smoothly allowing you to conduct all your business with Bellco in ease If you are a Bellco customer this app is a must have And for those who are concerned the app has great security as well Fantastic

The ONLY reason I downloaded this app was to make it easier to deposit checks by taking pictures of the front and back Sadly this doesnt work At all I tried about a half dozen timesin three different environments I always got an error Useless Deposit feature is utterly useless
I love this app The check deposit feature is awesome I dont live in Colorado anymore and this app has allowed me to retain my Bellco checking account Im not sure why others have had issues with the Bellco Mobile Banking app Ive been using it ever since I got an iPhone and it has never crashed or failed to deposit a check N E V E R It would be nice if popup notifications of payments could happen as well but I assume this will be the case once ApplePay goes live with Bellco debit credit cards Looking forward to that as well Bello Credit Union is the best This app is fantastic
Used to work great for checking balances and depositing checks Over past couple weeks it just crashes when you try to take take a photo of a check Insult to injury went to a local branch and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Now the app icon is gone but it still appears installed under settings Cant even open it now Bellco Please fix this app Turned to crap
This app has been pretty ok so far Have not had a problems with the deposit check option which is very convenient I wish it would update the bill paying options I only have the option to choose one payee when there are at least five in my normal account Please fix Thank you Ok

Somehow after the update the app became even worse I wish I could say that the improvements were great but too bad it can load jack squat no matter where I am or what wifi Im using itll take FOREVER to load Youd figure a credit union would be able to get a functioning app but I guess not Wow
I really like the app I just wish that it had the Touch ID sign in like other banking apps It would be so much more convenient for me App is good
