This app freezes and cant even load anything half the time Its disappointing because they have some good deals but you cant even browse look or buy due to the app not loading anything Its just a pain and not worth the download     Dont bother

This applications interface doesnt respond to touch I am prevented from browsing the site or making purchases The last few times I attempted to use the app my phone screen froze I was unable to force quit and had to restart my device Dont recommend this at all     Freezes

I love this site and have gotten some great deals The return policy is customer friendly My only complaint is the app crashes constantly It will crash 34 times whenever I got there Fix please           Love the site but app crashes

Use the website via a laptop or desktop I tried to add a particular item via both the app and the mobile website it wouldnt add to my basket so I lost out on the product I am very disappointed that the developers couldnt seem to make the mobile experience functional     Deleted the app it was so bad

I read some bad reviews and its true As soon as it downloaded it quit working I couldnt open it Timed out after a while Tried again once then deleted the app Waste of time     Crashed on landing

Since I updated it doesnt workwhen I open the app it just shows the refresh circle the whole timeall of my other apps have been updated to support the new iOS but not BTR     Doesnt seem to work with ios8

The idea of the company and app is great of course Who doesnt love a deal But trying to look through the categories is so frustrating Please please please add a search box first off Second add some more filters when you are looking at a group of items BRAND most importantly        PLEASE add a search box more filters

So these brands arent really designer brands all but a couple A lot of the suits are terribly oversized on the models No one wears suits that large Fix your photos Its embarrassing        Needs improvement

I just spoke with BTR and they are aware of the problems with the app for iPhones are working on it Use regular website to get in until then                 Working on repairs

When pressing on certain events Im redirected to a different event or brand When i click on a product by a certain designer the thumbnail is a completely different designer and clothing piece therefore I dont know exactly what Im looking at You are better off shopping from the website rather than this app     Horrible

My only complaint is that the badge on the app never seems to reset I can open it and the badge will clear but the next time there is any update the badge shows a number of unchecked updates cumulatively Its overwhelming like there is always some unfinished task and shopping should not be such a nag Its enough to make me delete and just check from the website on my own terms           Some good stuff but

Im addicted to this website so as its app Ive been waiting for them to have an app like this Its very very convenient to have the app specially when their sales changes almost everyday I would always choose the company than hautelook Some will say that the app is slow for me i didnt mind that Like i said they change their sales everyday so it will take some 10sec for it to load with what sales theyre having for that time or day You should download it Right now                 Awesome

On both iPad and iPhone it is impossible to get past the home page Clicking any category takes you nowhere I emailed support and they were completely useless     Terrible

I downloaded this app because it was under the suggested apps on my facebook After installing and signing up I then clicked on the Mens category Now you would assume the results thereafter would only consist of mens items correct Well this app doesnt do that itll still show mostly womens apparel and accessories Another downside is that there is no search feature Seriously Is that too much to ask I deleted this waste of space within 5 minutes of downloading Thanks for wasting my time     Waste of time

Installed and its highly unreliable Takes forever to load Aside from the app the deals advertised with up to 70 off have original prices that are outrageously high So yes you are getting 70 off that great shirt but youre still actually paying retail Everything is so overpriced     Unreliable App

I havent been able to actually shop this app as it crashes every three minutes I wouldnt buy anything because I would worry it would crash before I got through the purchasing process This is sad because there are great items at great prices Ive gone through the first update and nothing changed Please correct this soon or I will have to delete it     Great stuff awful app
