Good app Excellent
This app allows you to prebook a ride which I did to get me and my family to the airport However when the time came and went I called the phone number listed online The man at the call center told me that there were no drivers available and they could not guarantee a cab when prebooking on the weekend 330 on a Friday afternoon this is not stated anywhere and what would be the point of prebooking if not to guarantee a ride Thank goodness for uber A driver picked us up immediately The app interface itself is good and easy to use if only they would deliver on their services Terrible service
