I ve been a BigFoot Java customer for about 14 years my whole family I have been using the app for a number of years we are all disappointed that the app isn t compatible with iOS 11 I m hoping they fix it soon we told them of this problem for like a year now I shutter to think how much we spend on coffee but they don t value the customers enough to correct app faster than this When will you correct the app     Why is this the case EXCELGENIE

So I ve held high hopes for this app to be updated to work with iOS 11 but those dreams are pretty much over in my opinion I was on Android for the past 6 years and had no problem having the BFJ app work with the software updates Switch over to iOS and the convenience of having the app and being able to know exactly how much points that you have and the ability to check in at a BFJ stand those days are over I guess Not saying that I won t get myself a coffee every now and then but I m just upset that I no longer will have the app     Deleting this app finally Don vito253

I have had this app since the beginning You used to be able to see balance points free stuff etc but for the last 2 3 years easily YOU CANT SEE ANYTHING I mention it to the staff all the time and they don t even know anything about the app To be honest I barely go to BFJ anymore because 1 The location in Bothell has been gone a while now and 2 To have to log into the Internet to see everything is really time consuming Please update AND you should add a feature to reload your card from the app     Needs to be updated fixed Skinnybitch wanna be
