The last few days everytime I play the daily tournament I get thrown out of not only the game but out of the app Im sick and tired of getting to the end of the game hitting continue after the round summary and getting my home screen on my iPad Go back into game oh zero for that round Piece of game     Piece of game

I have over 500 power Ups that I cant use this game needs to be fixed                 Power Up

Dont bother It shuts down after you win and doesnt give you your rewards It is sooooo slow Not even worth the time to download     Dont waste your time

Game crashed There goes my chips my bingos any collection items and coins So sick of this happening Why Cant you make a game that works Other companies are     Here we go again

After the last update the app closes suddenly maybe after one game sometimes after four games You lose everything in that game It is very upsetting Hate when that happens           Very disappointing

I used to love this game Then came the annoying pop up ads and the updates that dont work especially on iPad Ive been kicked out of games in midstream by those fing ads and have lost many coins and power ups as a result When Ive complained to customer service they replenish my account with 20 creditsgee thanks Ive also been in Emerald Room for months Have no idea what it takes to finally complete a collection but I hope Im out of the room by the end of this year I think its time to find another Bingo game     GGGRRRRRRRRSTILL loading loading loading

The rooms wont open When you choose one it opens the background picture but nothing else I really like this game its frustrating because it wont let me level up to the next level but I still like it But Im very disappointed today that I cant play What gives     Whats up with the latest update

When you say a collection item is rare you certainly mean it Ive played countless 4 card rounds in the Malachite room and the rare items dont come up AT ALL Ive been at 1012 forever Game doesnt function well I lose the number callers voice about the third round in to any session in any room The power ups dont register fast enough before the next one is up and valuable time is lost Ive completed all the items in the Disco room over a year ago still says 1516 Not getting credit for the calling 110 bingo items even though it clearly says 110110           Game is just okay

Youve come a long way in doing fixes I only have one complaint If I get a bingo on the last move theres no time to tap in to get it              Almost great

I like the game but I have been playing everyday and cannot complete two of the levels It refuses to give the final trophy And its so slow and cuts out all the time Check how long it takes to complete these sections What is the secret to complete the levels              Australian Crawl

This new update is terrible I just played two games and got one bingo in the first and 3 in the second and at the end it sent me back to opening screen both times and I received nothing for the wins Very unhappy 81615 I just tried to play two games you took 24 dice twice the game started and the screen went blackthis is happening all the time     Bingo blingo

With insane commercial popups and the app requesting a rating EVERY time it is opened this game is now on the list of apps EVERYONE should avoid Wish we could assign negative stars 4315 update the rate me present everytime app is opened is now gone BUT the commercials are much more agressive They are not ADs it the true sense but full blown streaming commercials like the crap seen on TV 41115 update the damned commercials aka pop ups have gotten even more agressive Once we use up our credits we will remove this now almost worthless app 41415 update what is the point of an x to exit that worthless Google ad when one has to view the whole damned thing before it can be exited from 41715 update still the disgustingly useless ads and now the damned rateme is back so here is the rating Just wish we could go negative 42015 update almost impossible to actually play this damned game anymore with super unresponsiveness when tapping the game screen due to all the crap being attempted at one time It has become a game for me just to see how bad to play this game will continue to become 42315 update once again asking to be rated These guys need to get their software on track again 43015 update the ads have virtually disappeared and the playing is back to normal Thanks and I will slowly keep updating this review and raising the rating until I am sure the prior foolishness has stopped 51615 update adds have all butgone and other than powerups hanging on occasion this game is almost back to its normal enjoyableness The autodaub feature is a nice option 8715 update the damned ads are back with full force and may end up making this loyal fan finally dump this one altogether 9215 the ads are still as annoying as ever This crap needs to stop are you will only lose more loyal fans of this game 91315 update the damned commercials are getting even worse if that could be possible When will you idiots doing this understand we do not want them     Almost the best again except for the damned ADs

App was working ok until the last two months Rewards are not showing up on bingo cards double charges tickets for games slow moving and last when I asked for support I was told the problem was fix and as of today the problem still exists        Please fix this app

This would be the best bingo game if not for problems that just go on and on and never get fixed Game has to be shut down and reopened after every game or else there is no sound I just had an interesting game with no sound and no board to play so had to shut it down     Continuing Problems

I love this game but there are real issues After 2 games I lose the sound on the calling of balls numbers Bingo is the only sound heard Also it knocks me out of the game saying the connection is too slow Why is that 2 or 3 balls are called before my power up registers These complaints continue mounting but nothing seems to be done about them        Frustrating

This game is best played online I have loaded it twice on my phone a year apart and within a week it will not load Argh        Crashes every time

I click on buy cards The game kicks me out of the waiting for the next game but keeps my tokens I have lost about 30 tokens this way Im not even going to bother spending another second trying to email or call whoever runs this game because they make it so hard They obviously dont care about my playing experience Thats ok though There are many other bi do apps that I play as well Dont download unless you want to be ripped off     Losing game tokens

They have once again given up quality for money I have over a thousand power ups and none work This USED to be the best on the web Now it isnt worth the time it takes to even play a round This is horrible and absolutely a kick in the face to those of us who have been good customers This is once again the most HORRIBLE Bingo game on the web and I for one am sick and tired of them always tweeting it to get more money out of us This game is so locked down I cant play any of my power ups except the 2 that really dont count at all     Do NOT GET THIS GAME

Same thing I used most of my credits to finish a special room Also still have a regular room cant complete for two years I am playing in the baseball room and have lots of power ups but they are getting stuck after one or two Also cant finish Amber room after trying for years Please help It is too hard to complete a room so you have more daily chips I have one room that I have not been able to complete for over a year           Good game but

I like this bingo game but Ive pressed the button to buy more power ups and because of a lag it pressed the bingo button on card 4 That lag causes me to lose the card to a bad bingo The buttons should be staggered so that doesnt happen              Fun game

I have over 200 Double XP power ups and they are locked away from me for some reason I am in the Jewel Rooms and have been stuck in Tourmaline and it is taking forever to accumulate enough points to get ahead I need the power ups Ive earned This is the third time Ive left a review to alert your staff of this bug Youre going to keep losing players until this is fixed I cant level up without those PUs     FIX THE GAME

I did enjoy this game until I started to experience some problems with the game I like using auto but if dont pay attention and look away at that moment when your device goes black and you lose everything Not like its easy to win anyway but I would appreciate a refund on all my tickets Ive lost Definitely needs some work           No no

Very fun game Play it every day Im on level 300 and there are rooms that I cant finish because I keep getting the same shadows Never get a chance for the other ones I need I think winning 20 of the same items is enough Im only playing it now for something to do Pretty soon Ill just go collect credits and not even bother to play Please do something about it        Fun

I deleted this game 2 yrs ago because of the many glitches errors in the program Decided to try it again but nothing has changed This was my favorite game at one time Please fix the problems I think you have too many graphics or something the game has to work too hard Please make it great again Ill play every day Thanx           Once upon a time my favorite

The app shuts down and tickets are not refunded or if you have won are not rewarded Also takes months literally to complete a collection because the rare items never pop up Have been playing malachite for months and still 1112 with no option to buy it I used to enjoy this game so much but not anymore Too many glitches     Ainek27
