This was perfectly fine before now with the new name it doesnt fit under the icon and has to have the I hate when apps do that The game is fine and I love it but the name needs to be fixed        Name

This is a very fun game however this game would be much better if you included a multiplayer option Id give 5 if I could multi with friends FYI The asian writing has captions for translation              Potential

I give two stars to the appealing graphic and interface However for experienced player like I am theres no intelligence on the computer side I suspect it only calculates move that only maximize the amount it could convert else no strategy at all Should have listened to a reviewer who had said this before At hard level I can beat it everytime Not that Im the best around but I used to have similar game on other platform that can give me hard time sometimes This one is not even worth the space on my iPod     Bad AI

For entrylevel othello players this is a great app Polished pretty nice However even on the hardest level the AI is constantly giving away corners and other entrylevel mistakes A nicely polished romp but one that will be hard pressed to hold your attention              Nice and polished but way too easy

it is easy to inadvertently click Reset please have a box pop up that confirms we wish to reset thanks     please add an are you sure box after user touches Reset

Ive used both Othello and Morocco since I got the 3G in July This is the one I always come back to for its ease of use and nice design Fun to play And the price is right                 I also prefer Othello over Morocco

Guess what I play one round of othello in about 5 minutes here I dont really need to save and the game on easy version whoops me all the time This ones better looking and free Nuff Said                 Free Awesome

And its a lot of fun too But Im not really very good at Othello and I had no problem beating this game even at the hardest setting Butits free after all           Its free so you cant complain much

I agree with those who note this as too easy to win Game play is good the graphics look great and pretty much everything else is just fine If the author would just update the computer game play this would be a lot of fun even worth paying for           Experienced players will find this too easy

Problems 1 Doesnt save your game 2 Bug where sometimes the CPU doesnt move even when he can 3 Hard mode is still very easy for an experienced player in fact i think medium might be harder           Its okay

Well made but way too easy in hard mode Ive never lost Ill admit I am pretty good at this game but Ive played MUCH harder computers some I cant beat Absolutely no challenge at all for me but I guess good for less experienced Also should tell you whos turnit is because sometimes if the computer player is taking a long Im not sure if it has gone or not Other times Im sitting there waiting not knowing it has gone because Ive looked away for a moment when its my turn If it was at least a little more challenging I wouldnt have deleted it in 10 min but I guess it was free anyways           Visually good but no challenge

1 The medium setting seems more difficult than the hard setting If you find hard not challenging enough try switching to medium This is strange because hard is much slower than medium On hard I win 95 of the timeon medium I win only half of the time I wonder what would happen if the developer played medium against hard 2 Navigating away from the game abandons any progress in the current game There is no save game 3 No option to let the AI start the game No option to play white 4 There is no randomization in The opponent You can memorize gameplay because each AI skill has only one play for each possible set of choices In order to introduce some variety in your playyou have to make moves that seem silly just because you want the opponent to be unpredictable 5 The game does not inform you if the opponent passes or if you must pass You have to figure that out yourself which can be annoying if you want to keep your attention on the board              Medium is hardest And other issues

The people who complain are probably 10 years old I can beat it on hard every time I wish there were harder computer The computer takes same moves every time Its fun still I guess I would give it 5 if there were multi player and comp was harder              Game is great

There are other free reversiothello games which include 2player option option to play a network player option to go second and a smarter AI To beat this game take the corners and build from there as your pieces cannot be flipped back Avoid going one square diagonally In from the corner if the AI goes there make plans to capture the corner In starting play try to place your pieces in the center 4x4 area especially in the four key corners there Be careful playing on the edge and be very cautious playing two counters on the edge separated by one empty square Since many pieces can be flipped at once try not getting too many counters in your color at the beginning of the game this will limit the AIs choices     Too easy and you always move first Also medium is more challenging than hard

This app has now been deleted from my iPhone The name Black and White now looks like BlackWhite on my home page This is NOT acceptable Youd think some thought would have gone into this if the copyright holder of Othello objected Dumb name change think of something else Hongtao     What a dumb name change

Its kinda like playing against a child No challenge whatsoever PLUS its slow making bad moves I would recommend this only to people who have never played before For them the feature to show moves us useful     Yep the AI is bad
