Folks this is a great sounding music player handles FLACs and a whole array of high def formats BUT the darn thing crashes every five minutes Like s Roman candle soars shoots explodes everyone oohs and aahhs and then it dies And it has been like that for the almost a year and a half I ve tried to use it This is one of the apps that sounded to good I wanted it to work But it just doesn t         Crash happy Songbear20147

I was looking for a bit perfect playback player with a very small RAM footprint and this seemed to be the one It s runs for me with at least 1GB less of RAM usage than iTunes which is considerable especially if you re the type to multitask and always have music playing The biggest problem for me is that for some reason the program is fussy and no matter what you do won t seem to recognize open random files I ve seen no pattern as to what it will and not recognize and have had it happen with both ALAC and MP3 files Also keep in mind that this program will not manage your library allow you to edit metadata or even display a nice size album thumbnail this is a bare bones player which is what I do like about it It does have a decent way to sync import Artists Albums or Playlists from iTunes without the need for opening iTunes but unfortunately this is hobbled by the issues in the first paragraph Contacted support several days ago and no response I guess I m still on the lookout for the perfect small footprint bit perfect auto sample rate adjusting Mac music player which is a bummer becuase I REALLY wanted to love this one             Like It But It s Seriously Flawed Glassner
