There is something very buggy with this app I have used it in the past to book an appointment and when I showed up they had the wrong name in the system I then noticed on my phone a new name and email had somehow popped in I just got an email from a childhood friend who said she logged into her Bliss app and saw MY name and email there She and I hadn t been in touch in years and our moms had to swap our emails I wasn t a contact in her phone I also have gotten phone calls about my missed appointments None of which I ve made User beware Your info isn t safe     Don t use this app Nervous!!

It is really tricky to find available times with beauticians using this app Unlike other apps that show open times names of techs this one asks for the date then a time frame within the day and if you add the tech s name you d be spending a lot of time trying to book an appointment When I mentioned my bad experience with the app at the salon they said that a lot of client complain about it So tech s just give out their cell numbers to clients so that they can put us on the schedule Very disappointing and quite a waste of time     Awful user expeience Ясмитьбю

Up until New Years Day this was my way of booking my appointments Then it first wouldn t let me add a credit card to confirm an appointment and you can t make an appointment without adding in a credit card so can t do the one thing this app is supposed to do A few days later can t see my two favorite spas and can t add any in Tried logging in out in case I just needed to reset it Can t log in with the same username and password that works on the website Delete the app and reinstalled it Still not working     Used to work Tilfer

When I attempted repeatedly to log in I received an error message telling me my email address or password was incorrect even though I double checked and I m able to log in on the website just fine through my mobile browser I tried entering the app without signing in and it was easy enough to select a spa and browse the services but the sort function doesn t work if you select sort by price the order doesn t change I tried going through the first part of the checkout process and the function for selecting times and technicians seemed to work okay but I stopped at that point because I still wasn t able to sign into my account         Very buggy esme75

Hi there When I book an appointment on the phone at my nearest Bliss Spa it s not showing up on my appointments list on the Bliss app I downloaded on my phone My email is registered and I received an confirmation email of my Bliss appointment I am not sure why the app wouldn t detect my email and see that I have an appointment scheduled Also every time I try to store my zip code in my profile I click save and my zip code disappears It does this every time I input my zip It never saves for some reason         Appointments Not Saving in Bliss App Melin7852

It gets the job done I m able to book an appointment But that s about it The appointment time shown in app isn t always the one you see on the upcoming appointments screen neither of these times are necessarily what you see in email confirmations Would be wonderful to be able to add to calendar either from app or email but no Make an appointment should be the first call to action Instead you start out on the My Spas page so the call to action is add spas Also looks like this is US only not a big deal for most I m sure but I have to travel a lot Tap over to the appointments page if you re on the upcoming tab and you have no upcoming appointments there s no button to make one only on the past appointments tab did I get the create a new appointment button The whole point of the app is to make an appointment And you can do that It s just way harder than it should be             Poorly thought through weird bugs Farrah Bostic

Considering that Bliss positions itself as a high end spa one might think the app would be high quality Unfortunately in the past six months I have attempted to schedule services on numerous occasions but have yet to book a service through the app as it has failed to function properly on each attempt On one occasion the scheduling functionality failed On another after taking a risk by entering my billing info into the nonsecure form note that billing info is required in order to schedule a service the app crashed Most recently I was not even able to simply select a service Based on my experience I would not recommend this app     Not functional OMGwhatNameIsNotTaken
