Was great when it worked but it doesnt any longer Just displays error messages Has been that way for months Broken
Login screen does not allow to paste my password from 1Password instead I have to type in a 20 character password containing upperlower case characters numbers and special characters That ridiculous and just asks users to use easy to remembertypeguess passwords How about offering at least Touch ID support And how long until the app gets proper iPhone 6Plus support Really bad logon experience

The app worked well but after downloading the latest version I cannot access my account The app says it does not recognize my username and password I know they are correct because I can log into the web version of my account When I try to access forgot usernamepassword app says it cannot find my account Same message about not being able to find my account when I try to register again on the app When I click on Report a Problem in this review section I get an error message that the web page it is trying to send me to to report that problem does not exist Very frustrated at the moment Latest version can no longer access account
Get a technical issues pop up and cant log in for 8 days now Dont waste your time with this one Cant even log in worthless
Proceed with caution if fully relying upon this app for your insurance card It does not have actual copay information and resulted in me getting double charged for my actual copay at a doctor visit Make sure to request an actual card from Blue Cross Blue Shield in order to avoid such pitfalls This app would be useful if it had actual copay information on your electronic card Caution
Upon trying to register this app tells me I need to download the ABC app to register Typing ABC into the App Store does not yield anything that remotely resembles what I want Did the person who created that error message really think it was helpful to most end users Im giving one extra star because I was able to figure out ABC means Athen Blue Cross though I shouldnt have had to do the digging required ABC

The app will not perform any of the tasks available of course neither will their mobile website UHC didnt offer access to many thing on their app but what they did offer worked Every option in BCBSGA says Null As in the command doesnt exist awesome NULL app
Since I upgraded a few days ago to the newest operating system I cant get in Was told theyre working on it but no idea of anticipated time for a resolution The app does not seen to indicate incompatibility with new system I expected better service Upgrade problem

Virtually nothing works in this piece of crap software I got logged in but I cant access my cards or my HRA balance I cant look up a doctor to see if they are in network because my plan I am a State of Georgia employee Useless piece of crap
App is only useful to locate a facility or to see id info such as group number etc Unable to review claims benefits or track script orders Disappointing Very Basic
This app os useful to find doctors in your network It is not to view claims or to actually review your coverage Very limited No claims

All bcbs apps are failed attempts at providing a service Why isnt there an app for federal employees that lets you see your account Why dont directories tell you which providers is preferred This is low priority for bcbs in keeping with poor customer service Aetnas apps a million times better
