I installed app and put a blu ray disc in it would not convert movie to anything First it did not do anything when disc was inserted I had to poke around in the apps menu select open steer to my disc then hunt for a certian type of media file before the grayed out select button allowed me to continue Then the App just gave me a splash screen that said there was either an error or the movie was copy protected Next step is to get ride of this app Did not work for me Rubyfish
