All my financial apps have it now except for this and Vanguard And trust me you dont want your tech to be compared to Vanguard           One more vote for Touch ID

Worked great until last update and now it crashes on the log in screen every time I try to use it App is worthless right now Please fix     Please fix

Are you looking for a banking app thats about as useful as a leaky condom Well look no further This app has the amazing ability to work perfectly fine one day and then act like youve never signed in before the next Its like this app has a permanent case of amnesia I find myself going through the drivethru at my bank more than I find myself using this app If you like playing the lottery and not winning this is the app for you Perhaps investing in better app developers would be a wise choice my Canadian banking friends as I would rather set my nether regions on fire than go through trying to transfer money between accounts and have an error message come up one more time To anyone still reading this and not yet convinced let me tell you this youd be better off asking a total stranger for 100 than trying to transfer 110 of that on this PoS app     Absolute PoS

No point having a banking app that I cant even log in to Gives me a system error every time Completely useless Very disappointed in BMO Schwab and AmEx apps are both stellar     Useless cant even log in

Ive been using this app since day 1 and there have been great improvements over time The addition of touch log in is welcome but why do you still have to enter a password if you want to deposit a check Bill pay says that the account is not set up for bill pay but it is Both of these are very frustrating for a heavy user like myself I also use the Chase app and its much more capable           Useful but falls short

Every time I use my app the Touch ID appears and after placing my finger it tells me that I need to authenticate Whats the purpose of having Touch ID if Im required to enter my password anyway Thats stupid and very frustrating     Touch ID IS HORRIBLE

I hate the fact I have to type in my password all the time can the developer create a way where you can use your fingerprint to log in Also can there be a quick view set up where you dont have to need signin The app is okay but I seen better banking apps        A few ideas

I wish I could give this and zero stars because its a piece of junk and does not work No ability to login and use online banking with this app I have another account with JP MorganChase Bank and their online app is great I dont have time to be physically going into the bank all the time so Im closing my BMO account and going to another bank that has a better online banking services Do you hear that BMO Harris Your app for online banking is terrible     JUNK DOESNT WORK

Well It only took them FOUR MONTHS to come up with a fix for the login freeze Except they didnt It still freezes Well done BMO     Still Freezes at login

App has not worked for months Those negative reviews are just the latest There are actually hundreds more 1 star ratings     Hasnt worked in months

First time using the app I wanted to pay a bill but their is no option to add a new payee seems like basic functionality that should be in a banking app        Not very useful

Touch ID makes this app so easy to use I also love the mobile cash feature Way safer than using my debit card at the ATM                 Love the new features

Most times I try to log in the app is frozen and I cant get into my accounts when I need to Extremely frustrating     Cant log in always freezing

I can log in with a four digit passcode to check my balance but if I want to do anything with my money I have to log in with my full password it doesnt recognize it as a valid password even though I entered it correctly        Wont stay logged in

Tech support couldnt even help They told me to reinstall the appno help Wont let me log in        Doesnt work

Need to enable location services for the app Go to settings general restrictions Disable restrictions Reboot your phone Test that app finishes loading Reenable restrictions Make sure location services is enabled for app in restrictions Call BMO support to complain about the lack of useful exception handling on this Done     How to fix freezing on update issue

Its pretty good but I wish it had Quick Pay like Chase and a better layout design for their online banking like Chase but it does the job              Pretty good

This is honestly probably one of the worst apps out there I cant even log in to check my account because it just freezes on the sign in screen Ive tried deleting and reinstalling but I keep having the same problem     Disappointing

The mobile banking portion works fine but why isnt there integration with BMO Harris credit card accounts This doesnt make any sense to me           Cant see credit card

I have a Harris personal and business accounts This allows me to see all my accounts pay bills and all Great job LOVE that it support TouchID now                 Nice app

This app needs touch ID and push notifications alerts with badges Other mobile app has these features already What are you waiting for           Need more features

Hasnt worked since August 2014 Ridiculous Ive complained to everyone at BMO that Ive ever had a chance to speak to and still nothing Theyre about to lose an account over this inexcusable nonsense     Worst Banking App ever

Ive been having issues opening the app When I try to open the app it simply closes and have to reopen it Other than that it does what it is meant to do           Okay

The app has been working fine for me for the past several months but after this update I signed in and was offered to use Touch ID but then said that I was not authorized Later on I tried to log on and it said Unable to process request I tried again after reinstalling the app and it still didnt work I would like feedback from BMO Harris a lack of feedback will further prove poor app support and a fix to this problem I will change my rating if I am successfully helped     Cant sign in

I get an error each time I deposit a check Every time I hit submit it says theres some network error but it has actually gone through I only know this because I get an email saying theyve received my deposit That is a huge glitch     Not great

This app has been useless since an update a month or so ago It says it cant connect Sometimes you can go out of the app and manage to sign in IF it allows you to sign in all you can do is get a quick glance at your balance before it crashes Im seriously considering moving my accounts to another bank I dont have time for a useless banking app Ugh     Useless

Update on 61814 For the second time this year I have encountered this issue Get with it BMO One day it works and the next well youll just have to spin the wheel and see Too many issues Especially with the latest update The APP will not even load the entire update It makes it to about 75 and stays therevery frustrating     Hire a qualified iOS APP Developer already
