Are you looking for a banking app thats about as useful as a leaky condom Well look no further This app has the amazing ability to work perfectly fine one day and then act like youve never signed in before the next Its like this app has a permanent case of amnesia I find myself going through the drivethru at my bank more than I find myself using this app If you like playing the lottery and not winning this is the app for you Perhaps investing in better app developers would be a wise choice my Canadian banking friends as I would rather set my nether regions on fire than go through trying to transfer money between accounts and have an error message come up one more time To anyone still reading this and not yet convinced let me tell you this youd be better off asking a total stranger for 100 than trying to transfer 110 of that on this PoS app     Absolute PoS

Ive been using this app since day 1 and there have been great improvements over time The addition of touch log in is welcome but why do you still have to enter a password if you want to deposit a check Bill pay says that the account is not set up for bill pay but it is Both of these are very frustrating for a heavy user like myself I also use the Chase app and its much more capable           Useful but falls short
Every time I use my app the Touch ID appears and after placing my finger it tells me that I need to authenticate Whats the purpose of having Touch ID if Im required to enter my password anyway Thats stupid and very frustrating     Touch ID IS HORRIBLE
I hate the fact I have to type in my password all the time can the developer create a way where you can use your fingerprint to log in Also can there be a quick view set up where you dont have to need signin The app is okay but I seen better banking apps        A few ideas
I wish I could give this and zero stars because its a piece of junk and does not work No ability to login and use online banking with this app I have another account with JP MorganChase Bank and their online app is great I dont have time to be physically going into the bank all the time so Im closing my BMO account and going to another bank that has a better online banking services Do you hear that BMO Harris Your app for online banking is terrible     JUNK DOESNT WORK

First time using the app I wanted to pay a bill but their is no option to add a new payee seems like basic functionality that should be in a banking app        Not very useful

This is honestly probably one of the worst apps out there I cant even log in to check my account because it just freezes on the sign in screen Ive tried deleting and reinstalling but I keep having the same problem     Disappointing
The mobile banking portion works fine but why isnt there integration with BMO Harris credit card accounts This doesnt make any sense to me           Cant see credit card

Update on 61814 For the second time this year I have encountered this issue Get with it BMO One day it works and the next well youll just have to spin the wheel and see Too many issues Especially with the latest update The APP will not even load the entire update It makes it to about 75 and stays therevery frustrating     Hire a qualified iOS APP Developer already
