I like the update to the UI I had not needed roadside since I first downloaded the app but over the Thanksgiving holiday I needed a new headlamp while traveling The dealer search function helped me find the nearest dealer and I got my headlamp replaced I expect the same if I ever need roadside assistance Works as advertised

I phoned for asst at 4pm A truck shows up at 525 The truck lift isnt working so they leave and I call again I phone again two more times and finally at 730 a tow truck arrives What a waste of a Saturday Next time Ill make my own towing arrangements Ridiculous wait time on a tow truck

simply does not work multiple error messages when trying to submit for assistance once submission failed multiple times i followed the link to call to report my need to which i was promptly put on hold and not that this has much to do with the app specifically but once a representative was actually reached they dropped the ball multiple times and to make a long story short i still have a disabled vehicle in my driveway so after 3 attempts and over 10 hours of waiting i gave up and hope to be able to never have to try and rely on this service and app ever again definitely not how BMW advertises this program useless

This is a very nice app but owners of BMWs are proud of the roundel and would rather see it pictured in the app Nice App
