I thought this was going to be a versatile training log that Id be able to utilize with strength training and cardio sessions I thought wrong It gives you the option to note the amount of sets and the reps but not the weight That may not be too big of a deal for some but for me its a large portion of how I track progress Another negative would be that say for instance you started at eight reps for your first set and for the second you wanted to perform six etc The app assumes that throughout every set you are maintaining the same amount of reps Most people dont train with that method Its way too complex compared to a notebook and pen and is much more of a hassle I spent more time trying to log my client than I actually did training them Save your hard earned money and go get a notebook     Waste of money
