The latest update reset the app settings and preferences and I had the hardest time logging in Not ok        App reset with update

A revolution in my relationship with the library counter Straightforward and works great                 Love

The app has never worked for me It finds my library and despite being connected to wifi it says it cannot establish an Internet connection Ive tried tweeting for advice and submitting support tickets as advised by the tweeted reply Ive never received a response     Non functioning no customer support

This app hardly ever works Its nice when it does but for the most part it does not work     It never works

I can check my library account to know if an item has arrived to see whats due to find out where I am on the queue Its great                 Fabulous for library users

This is so handy I love not having to log in and out of my account I can see fines due dates and search for items Love it                 Wonderful

I use this app all the time It is great for keeping track of what I have checked out putting items on hold and renewing items My only wish was that it supported multiple accounts so I could manage my kids accounts as well                 Great app for Library lovers

So I regularly use Bookmyne to keep up with my library account information and its very useful and easy to use My only complaint is that for me to search multiple branches of my library system for a book I have to select each individual branch type the titleauthoretc and then click search If there were a way to search an entire system all branches that would be amazing           Useful but could be improved

This app is wonderful Love that it stores multiple people Having everyones information makes keeping track of due dates a breeze Love being able to search and place holds with ease              Thankful

It works wonderfully again after the upgrade that fixed the problem with the current iOS I use it exclusively to know when my books are due and I search for available titles at my library all the time                 Great app

I use interlibrary loan a lot and this app makes it easy to check my account The Suggested Reading feature is great when I am waiting and dont want to get involved in a game                 Love the app

Every time I try to log on i get a message that says unable to acquire session with server I have already tried deleting app and reinstalling it but I still get the same message every time So disappointed     Can no longer log in to view my account

I use this app to keep the library books I have checked out organized It is very helpful to see when the books on hold are available or if there are books about to be over due I have not used it to search for books I use the county library website for that                 Great App

Im so thankful for BookMyne It helps me keep on top of my library account effortlessly As a homeschooling family we regularly have dozens of books out all checked out on different days and due at different times BookMyne also tells me when the library has pulled the books I have on hold often days earlier than the library system sends out its automated reminder emails The app is userfriendly accurate and fussfree                 Fantastic

I used to love this app It made using the library so easy and convenient until The day it unlogged me and will not reconnect to let me Back in Now it wont even let me install my local Library Keeps saying connection failed I am very unhappy     Used toLove the app

I was waiting for this update for a long time Excited to download and try the fresh coat of paint I wasted no time only the be disappointed While some of the UI has been updated to the iOS 7 like design some elements did not get updated Such as the notification badge for new holds available on the library page which is pixelated The status bar information Signal Status Time and Battery Icon are all black which do not match the dark blue background Trying to switch between libraries brings up the old UI also Another inconsistency is the presence of My Bookshelf which still retains the iOS 5 iBooks background Other than the UI issues the app is pretty much rock solid at what it supposed to do Which is to notify me of holds and let me know if items are close to being overdue Which I use at least every other day While the partial redesign is welcomed it feels like its half finished However if the app will be updated at the pace that is has been in the past I wouldnt expect fixes in the near future           A little disappointed

The app is good in that it enables users to access their accounts without going online I would like to see better handling of Holds App does not indicate when a hold is in transit it should My current hold is in transit yet the app lists me third in line Also would like to see data on holds that are suspended and be able to manipulate the suspensions              Convenient App
