Botox and Dermal Filler Charting

Combines all the qualities I was looking for in an app for my office and nurses Quickly allows us to take pictures capture signatures and document quickly A must buy if you offer botox or a dermal filler in your office and you have an iPad                 Exceptional App

I need help with this app Crashes on every patient encounter usually during the photos but at other points as well On restart all patient data is gone There is no contact info on the site the Report a Problem link in iTunes leads you to Please Help     Crashing

unable to clear the signature field on the consent form by using the x button also the app does not properly request access to the photo album to allow a logo to be installed same issue under markup section with trying to take a photo of the vial           signature issue

Great app streamlines info gathering Massive paperwork has proven inefficient in the past One small glitch I have noticed When patient goes to fill in typed data the on screen keyboard pops up upside down Likewise when taking photos camera is upside down Im sure this is an easy fix hopefully update soon              Great app small technical issues

Since the update it will not allow charting on the filler mark up It crashes and delete out all data that has been entered Please help I cant chart in patients at all     Update issue

The drag and drop botox units markup function doesnt work The whole point of getting this app was to be able to go paperless and create digital markings on a digital template No help function or instructions whatsoever I hope you fix this soon        Doesnt do what promised

We love this app Except for a couple things Need to able to recall charts to document follow ups and after pictures to go with initial pictures When they come for their next visit we would have to redo the entire thing Also need to be able to send information with out all the fields entered Having an area to document lot and syringe information Maybe a way to specifically label filler names too Thanks           A bit of improvement would help

I am also have the issue of the filler portion of the app crashing since the update It is unusable and all data is lost if the filler document is used     Filler app crashing

At first I had some issues however I found out that the app was actually a lot easier to use than I thought All you have to do is drag the botox units to the injection site and presto there they are it is easy clean and neat If you have terrible handwriting like me this app is a Godsend I did have some problems with the clickit notes on the Botox and the filler pages however I found out that this is a glitch in the iOS recent update and a fix is on the way The developer answered my call quickly and he was very helpful in geting me going and assuring me that the next update will fix the bugs with the iOS This is exactly what i needed for my practice and it is going to come in very handy                 Works well for me
