it would get a 5th star if I could put in profile info When I email this to my Doc and they print it out and it is sitting on the printer and a few other things hit the printer they will have no clue who this is for That seems simple enough to just add profile info Name DOB address maybe etc Otherwise simple and easy to use OH love the iCloud feature People forget we have multiple devices Love the simplicity of this app BUT Dathomas5108
