I do quite a bit of my shopping online This app makes me not want to do that It is always frustrating me in a new way every time I open it Sometimes I cant check out Sometimes I cant view an item Ive clicked on Sometimes it shows items no longer available And every time I click the back button I have to start all over from the main page If any of these could be fixed you might get more of my money     Needs some work
As someone who frequently shops at BR I appreciate your emails indicated Im eligible for 30 40 off etc but when I click on the link from my mobile device I should be deep linked to my BR app and not redirected to the mobile site If users dont have the app I assume the mobile site would suffice But for someone who is a good customer and has the app you should provide the capability to go to the app The easier you make it on consumers the more they will buy           Give consumers the option to go from email to app

I just wanted to let the app developers know that this app is one of the worst shopping apps I have ever used I almost gave up on my purchase Not only did the app freeze four times forcing me to crash the app and start over but it wouldnt let me log in to my account citing incorrect password I then had my password reset and tried to log in and it sent me to a screen to change my password which didnt work It just kept freezing I then had to register as a guest and it kept prompting me to log in but wouldnt accept my password When I finally got back to my shopping bag the checkout process froze numerous times I honestly didnt think the purchase would actually go through but surprisingly it did Then it asked me to take a survey Too bad the survey link wouldnt work They really should improve this mobile app Because this is just pathetic     Pathetic
This is the first app review Ive ever written Im compelled to write just to let the developers know that they have to fix this app I open it and it just crashes Doesnt even open The worst I know it used to work Ive ordered from the app Ive deleted and redownloaded But it still crashes on open I would think that a company this big would figure this out Im not the only one if reading reviews that this happens to and put its developers on the case Whats up BR     Have never written a review before

Its a pretty good app on the iPhone which is why I really think they should have one for the iPad I dont know what Joel Brown is talking about because Ive been using this app for a few years and it has always had bill pay In fact this app is what Ive always used to pay my card balance It gives you access to pretty much everything in your account just scroll all the way to the bottom when youre in the app and youll see what Im talking about              Needs iPad version
I can sign in via web browser but App refuses to recognize my credentials I copied and pasted them in so I know theyre captured correctly This app is a waste of space     Cant sign in
developers please add passbook support it allows users to store coupons boarding passes event tickets store cards credit cards as well as debit cards via Apple Pay It is all so convenient to just have all membership cards and coupons in just one place Youll be doing yourselves a huge favor by embracing it it is the future and I am so excited           Passbook support
This app could be great especially with being able to get my rewards without having to print anything out but it NEVER works I constantly have sign in problems and get stuck in an endless loop where it keeps asking me to update my password Please fix it I would use it all the time if it ever worked     So frustrating
Clearly Im a fan of BR apparel or I wouldnt have downloaded this application Its unfortunately really terrible just their mobile website perfectly usable in Safari placed inside a different buggy and generally unusable browser interface     Great Retailer Terrible App
I am a huge fan of both Banana Republic and Gap Both of these apps facilitate a pleasant shopping experience I do have one suggestion Although it is possible to put items from the various Gap brands in the same cart only one promotion code can be used To take advantage of different promotions for different brands multiple orders must be placed                 A Great App For A Great Brand

I use an iPhone 6 and this app works perfectly well I can sign in and access rewards and pull up the codes I can even see when the rewards expire With the scanning capability there isnt even a need to ask an associate in store if a size is available if you want to know quickly Just scan and choose your color and size and you can see if it is in the store or which stores you can get it from using Reserve in Store It also helps because some colors are only available online and may not be seen in store More people should give this app a try                 Great app Access rewards and reserve in store
This is the third time I tried pulling up my rewards certificates on this app without success The constant request to enter passwords decide if I want my cc account shopping account pulled up The app is clunky and useless     Im ready to throw my phone out the window

This app always says that I have no rewards even though when I login on my laptop it clearly shows that I have some Ive called twice in the past year to try to resolve this issue and the customer service representatives that I can only access after wading through at least 8 minutes of recordings have no ability to put in a complaint to anyone that can fix the app issue In fact the customer service reps cant even tell me if the rewards that are shown on my laptop have been used or not they are supposed to disappear online within 72 hours of being used but I found that that does not occur So the only way to know if you have a neighbor wars is to print them at home go to purchase something in store and they will either be excepted original I am so fed up with the lack of ability to access my rewards when I need them and none of their customer service routes being able to provide a solution that Im canceling my Banana Luxe card     Cant Access Your Rewards
