At the risk of sounding like one of those annoying tv adds I used to spend hours lying in bed awake Now I turn this baby on and Im asleep in minutes It honestly knocks me out cold I even wake up more energize If that werent enough it actialy becomes more efective over time as our minds sync with the tune Do I need to say that I recomend this app Miracle App

I like the 40 update for multitasking but one key feature is missing and Id think it would be easy to implement let users choose their own music to play behind the entrainment tonesthat would make this the perfect app Pretty good
I asked several times to have the Zen Master bundle that has nice tones and features to be updated to be consistent with the presets and other nice upgrades that the main app has and it has STILL NOT HAPPENED Overall the app is good and Im an almost daily user They just really let me down with the failure to update the bundle even when specifically asked I have tried a few others and think this is the best of breed Dont buy the bundles they will NOT be UPDATED
I used the deep sleep setting for about ten minutes and all that the obnoxious sound did was keep me awake This app is a waste of time Waste of Time

with the addition of the caffeine track the wide range of entrainments and high quality audio make this my most used app and now its even better even better

Should be as good as most of their other apps but when you save a preset the volume sliders go to zero This defeats the purpose saving a preset Bug with saving presets
I use this app to relieve myself from stress my profs at school actually let me listen to my iPod while I do classwork and while I take tests in other words no more of the severe test anxiety that I have had in the past Amazing application

I use this app on the Deep Sleep setting and I find I have the absolute best sleep ever In fact its so wonderful that I dont think I could sleep as well without it Not only that but I am dreaming again Or rather remembering my dreams now And when I get sleepy at work I get the caffeine setting out and play it and Im good to go for the rest of the afternoon I LOVE this app and I can finally say its the BEST app I have ever purchased and downloaded Im addicted

This is my first ever review after having purchased over 100 apps I have to say that for 99 cents this is money very well spent and you will not be dissapointed with this purchase Simply putabsolutely amazing
sounds are good but more need to be added only a handful to choose from timer option should be included as well with fadeout over time like other sound apps have interface is adequate but not the best a bit clunky OK
I bought two of your apps and one for my son On all of your apps only the head phone option works well Speaker tones are not functional on all of the sleep and meditation programs Very disappointed Not so happy

If this a placebo type thing its a darn good one I played the relaxation one and went in to a trance My whole body just relaxed I dropped my cigarette without even noticing I highly recommend it Also use the headphones its much better Simply amazing

Ive been using the Deep Sleep setting with Brown Noise and I find it helps me get to sleep faster and masks unwanted noise in the environment Its even better than having a fan or air filter running The other effects are cool too Im thinking about getting their premium sleep app as well but this does such a good job its tough to beat The full version is a lot better than the free one BTW and worth the price Great for sleep too
Does it actually work Who knows but we do sleep better The only real problem is that it occasioally stops playing when the phone sleeps But when I wake it the sounds restart But it keeps doing it Stop it and restart and its great Given that its still 5 stars Really nice but

I am a high school math teacher and this app has done so much to destress me I use it calm me down so I can go to to sleep and the alarm with the Caffeine setting to gently wake me up after a peaceful night It is so much nicer than the standard shrill alarm Love this app
I dont understand why this cannot be used at the same time with my iTunes library I can mix binaurals and other sound in Ambiance and have it play behind a relaxation mp3 an audiobook etc But this app wont do that Fix that and it would be 5 star because of the quality of the tones and the pink noise Nice but
When you pull the headphones out of your iPhone the app doesnt stop the sound like iTunes or other sound apps Even if the app is in the foreground This is the wrong choice for an app which recommends headphones Also the app tries to look cool with dials and buttons but it fails to be both cool and functional They appear to have expertise in sound those are great but the apps appear mass produced poorly thought out junk Gadgety UI and bad headphone support
This lost the ability to create presets for your favorites they havent updated this app in a long time Its too bad because I really like this app Good not updated enough
Looks like the developer buys fake reviews Lame However this app is quite good at what it purports to do I use the binaural relaxation setting to go into a deeper sleep than I would normally I have to try the other settings sometime Unfortunately the interface is a bit gaudy and clunky I cant figure out the auto quit function to save my life Worthwhile
I love this app And for sleeping on a plane or relaxing in a strange hotel room this is awesome Two features that would make it a supreme app would be a visualizer type display and a screen pulser that dimmed the screen at the same frequency as the audio wave Running in background with a book or something in front Sweet Almost perfect
