The Brother ScanViewer is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is available in multiple languages: English, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish. It weighs in at only 1.7 MB to download. The new Brother ScanViewer app version 1.0 has been updated on 2014-11-19. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Good way to organize documents scanned from a Brother machine using iPrint Scan Also supports document rotation and cropping I could never get any other edit functions to work Also it is not immediately apparent how to store documents in this app I had to use the save to iCloud option in order to store the document as either a PDF or JPEG image within the app which was a little confusing Once the document is scanned the app should automatically ask you where you want to save the file and in which format Also it would be nice to be able to email a scanned document as an ifax special TIFF format Many networked Brother machines support the option to send a fax by sending an email to the machine internet fax relay This is a fantastic way for Brother users to fax directly from their iDevices As a matter of fact it would be nice to be able to convert any document on the iPhone into an ifax TIFF and email it to my networked Brother machine in order to have it relayed via fax This is a great feature of many Brother machines Please consider adding this option to this app Nice but needs more intuitive interface feature request
