I have had multiple issues with team lava and storm8 and their customer service staff doesnt care about helping you in the least bit They do not care about their customers so I will no longer play any of their games nor would I recommend them to anyone Team lava doesnt care about their customers

The lives take too long to refill Then there are the key challenges When you collect all the keys in a challenge sometimes the prize will be an energy refill of 5 lives BUT if you already have 5 lives it just cancels the prize out Pointless to even try if theres no way to save the winnings to use for later What is the point
