The app makes writing notes and viewing photos really easy but I d love an iPad version so I don t have to put on my glasses to find my kid in the pictures                 Great app need iPad version Katmunch1

I bought the unlimited package I sent two notes to my camper and she only got one and it was on the last day of camp The camp counselor said they got them late and my camper wasn t able to send a note home It was a huge waste of 27 I wouldn t recommend this app to anyone     Waste of money Mommyof two

Any good app can provide a service But great apps actually solve a problem I don t think this app solves any real problems I was happy to be able to send a quick message to my 2 campers from my phone but that came at a price that did not seem to match the value First to send any message you have to buy credits To send a simple message takes one credit One credit cost 1 Ok fair enough I can see paying that But the minimum package of credits you can buy is six Ok 6 at this point I vow next year to get my letters stamped and mailed sooner I reluctantly enter my credit card info knowing that I will use 3 at best of my six credits This would be ok if I could spread the credits out over my 2 kids who are at the same camp but no I have to pay an extra 6 So 12 dollars total to basically send a couple of emails As somebody who works in the tech industry I am starting to feel a bit ripped off at this point So I get ready to send my first message 1 credit no problem but every little thing you want to add to it takes additional credits For example adding a photo 2 additional credits Adding a border to your message A BORDER FOR CRIPES SAKES an additional credit So I go to send my first photoless borderless message and get to the submit page and what am I presented with A 1 34 handling fee ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME For what pray tell do you need a handling fee At this point I am perturbed and my wife has to remind me just think how happy our kids will be to receive our messages To which I respond I hope they don t want additional credits for using emojis The only way I could see any redeeming value to my experience with this app is that the camp gets a small cut some of that 6 and handling fee If not then this app will be deleted and not used again when the kiddos get back from camp App is worth 3 stars but giving it 2 to send my message         Hey let s nickle and dime parents of campers BJAberle

So little going on here and yet so many small mistakes In photo viewing you must preload all the photos before viewing So scan thru every thumbnail first then view full size And you only get to see a square photo rather than full size on the desktop So you miss kids Given the amount of money we spend on sending bunk notes you would think they could invest in development     Simple app with poor execution WKDavis

Limited functionality Forced all pics to be square instead of native dimensions and cropped pictures as opposed to the website which shows them as they should be Also can t see the personalized bunk notes in progress as opposed to the website     Very limited arinapz

I would prefer it over the web based version on my phone if it weren t for the keyboard issue I m having when sending a note There is no button to hide the keyboard when you are done writing the note hence you cannot access the send button to send your message Had to cut and paste into the web version                 Ok needs improvement Mwc73

Bought a bunch of credits to communicate with my daughter as well as a care package Severe lag on mail didn t get mail for a week after it was sent nor any notifications on the package I purchased whether it was delivered through their site Very disappointing Emailed the company a week ago and they never responded     Severe Lag RCb2223

This app is easy to use but I see a serious flaw with viewing of the photos You cannot zoom or change the picture to landscape view on the phone The site is just as easy to use on my phone and has those missing features             Photo issues Luv shoes!

I have been using Bunk1 for years and can tell the amount of effort and care the new team has put into products and customers This app is a true testament to their hard work Team helped me through issues with photos attaching and were eager to explain what happened Along with this the new version fixed those issues Huge fan of Bunk1 and can t wait to see how they really bring these summer services to the next level                     Great App #1 Bunk1 fan

My first comment is No zoom How do you expect folks to read the letters Next is that you should let me know if my user name is taken before I write the whole review and then lose it when I need a diff name I won t be using the app until you fix it         You lost a star even while I was writing the review JodMel

We love Bunk1 because it allows us to easily write to our daughter at camp and see the pictures posted each day But sometimes going through the almost 600 pictures a day gets a little tedious on the phone browser or on the laptop and the app makes it SO much faster and easier I m so glad they created this app                     Great App meganb24

This app is a good start but not stable Pictures take forever to load hard to actually and take a closer look it kicks you out regularly and your favorites are in order from least current to most current which is annoying Site is intuitive but not effective yet         A work in progress Cacherrycscherry

Bunk1 has truly taken it s web based site into the 21st century with this app It is so user friendly and intuitive allowing me to view and favorite photos on my phone with ease As for bunk notes they have never been so easy for an on the go person as myself I do wish the purchasing more credits option was app based instead of redirecting to Safari Also a next step may be even being able to purchase the photos on the app using Apple s IPay feature That would be cool But all in good time So far an awesome start Looking forward to the newest updates                 A promising start ASolkoff3

I see you fixed the problem that I mentioned in my review the whole sent bunk can now be seen instead of just the title That was quick Keep up the good work but when I tried to send Bunk Notes today with a photo the photo WOULD NOT attach So I tried sending another one and THAT ONE DIDN T ATTACH EITHER So I ended up sending yet another one using the web instead of the App It finally attached But Bunk1 charged me all the credits I used sending the 2 extra bunk notes             You fixed it amaryca

Bunk1 has needed an app for a long time glad it s finally here Soooo much easier to see photos and send notes from my phone than going to their website every time Photo zooming and photo sharing are needed improvements                     So much easier DavidJackson19
