Dear EBSCO please fix this app I have a subscription and could not access All I get is a blank screen with a help button on it every time I open the app The help button is just general FAQ and nothing to actually help anyone Please fix the app and next time I suggest a bit more QA before launch It s not like a company like EBSCO doesn t have the resources to make a decent app Very disappointing Not yet functional ModTerrik

So basically after downloading the app you need to open an authentication key link mailed to your official id on your device Further access is straightforward Unclear instructions ch@r!0t<

This would be more beneficial to read on an iPad not sure why it hasn t been updated to include support for both Not bad but iPad app would be helpful cpoo

It is only open to the institutional subscribers although the app description on the app store does not say that explicitly For institution subscribers only Vk0901

The description makes it seem that you will have easy access to biz book summaries but that is not the case As far as I can tell you first need access to a library to get an auth key to acess anything other than what s available as a guest I do not recommend this app unless you feel like being frustrated about not being able to get what it promises Misleading GinaGG74
