I did use this and thought it was better than other texting apps until they sent me a message after a time and was asking for money for me to continue using it As a very small business owner I just couldnt do that Obviously I missed some fine print about the cost somewhere Not thrilled in Denver They dont tell you
For any business using text to communicate with their customers not enough do btw this is the app to use By textenabling your actual business number your customer has one number to text and call which ppl are much more used to I highly recommend Text enable your actual business phone number
For wireless based businesses this is no good You must have a land line to operate and they charge after 90 days Not so good

Its not just for office numbers Works fine on my home
I like that I can keep my work contacts and conversations away from my personal stuff I missed a few important messages because they got mixed in with other txts And work requires me to use Salesforce and my texts are recorded so I dont have to remember to update my notes Great idea makes working with Salesforce easier

The idea is great but it doesnt work I receive the welcome email but did not receive an email verification link so I am unable to use Heywire business messenger I send message but its not received by other party and vice versa All of that for nothing Please help It doesnt work

Some will receive the text while others will not It is very frustrating Doesnt work with all phonescompanies
