Great tool but unreliable Quite often when clocking in the timer starts and appears to be working But only when I log in from the shop If I start time or try to switch from job to job the app opens and says location is disabled and prompts me to open settings and turn on Yet it is on This happens every time I switch tasks from anywhere but the shop As well it will revert to having not started the timer So 3 4 hours of my day are not recorded It makes it very difficult to separate my hours through the day When at the shop there is no WiFi so that cannot be the issue for location The constant prompting to allow location services is the biggest hassle I have no choice but to use the app as it is a company requirement but it does cause a big hassle for payroll department and I cannot accurately log or follow my own time In order to use this app I have to keep a pen and paper back up Kind of negates the point of using the app         Fantastic idea but needs some work mscfone

So the company that I am working for asked us to try this app we have a few things that we dont like about this app one being having to login every time you need to switch jobs or logout that is a pain the other problem is it takes a little longer to pull up then it should     Problems that we don t like Willard1230

I wonder when your going to add an option for when you clock out it asks to fill description You may not want it always but a switch saying yes ask or to not And when the geo fence option is used why doesn t it go to the app when you swipe to open                     Pretty sweet time tracking budget planning JJADS

When it works it s great Never have to worry about it But for the last few weeks I haven t been able to open the app and it always crashes Tried uninstalling updating all that jazz No luck Can t get clocked into work and it s becoming a hassle             Good when it works Undead Soldier With a SawedOff

Works great for me with or with out service I love this app May I make a suggestion though it would nice to have a timer for the break I know I could just go on my phone but I maybe have the timer bring up the app and have it ready for the break to be turned off                     Great app does everything I need A fellow phone drawer

App crashed 3 times during signup sometimes in last step iPhone 5 recently updated Had to start over each time on mobile I quit One star because something about this made it my first choice even though it s not for construction I liked the layout and seemed simple enough but I am quite frustrated I cannot use it     Unusable Saltedcheeks

I ve been using the app for 3 weeks and I love it We have roughly 10 employees and it s been not only a time saver but a money maker as we are now able track exactly how many hours are spent on each job The customer service has been incredibly very responsive and helpful all in a very timely manner The GPS reminder notifications need some work but this is minor I ve made several suggestions for future features and I feel like they are actually being considered rather than placed in File 13 Recommend this app highly                     Love this App CrossFit Kitten

BusyBusy DOES NOT integrate with QuickBooks as promised You have to make all the file format changes yourself and then import each week This was a huge headache for our company and we spent almost more time making BusyBusy work than any time it saved us Extremely disappointed in our experience with BusyBusy This is underdeveloped over priced and lacking key functionality offered by similar competitors BEWARE     Lacking key features Construction Company User
