Terrible Terrible Terrible I def wish I had not gone in on the crowd funding These cameras have a VERY short battery life the app is terrible I can RARELY connect The cameras are ALWAYS off I will charge the camera all nite turn it on go to work check the app Camera is offline This has happened to me umpteen times Just terrible I own the Arlo as well it s head shoulders better     Terrible Symplesymon55

Like many other people I backed this on kickstarter and was excited to get it I won t go too much into the camera hardware but the software is horrible The camera was supposed to learn about the people and pets in your house as it observed them over time but in months of using it I don t see that happening I am inundated with notifications on my phone for motion detected but it doesn t recognize that it s a cat There is no way to train it by marking detected faces as ok You can t program it to be active only certain hours There s a privacy setting you can use to turn it off when you get home but it s only available with a paid subscription If you don t subscribe to a monthly service the apps pops up nag screens every time you open it and certain features are disabled I often get notifications but I when I open the app there is nothing on the timeline so I have to use the live view Sometimes the timeline events show up the next day I contacted their support email with questions and never received a response so I guess they don t really care what issues you re having now that they have your money I ll be switching to something else     Does Not Live Up To Kickstarter Promise 3lm03

I bought this on Kickstarter a while back because it advertised features like smart motion detection When it arrived I found out that it was completely cloud dependent no option to just store data on the local network and wouldn t work with my ADSL connection Fast forward to last month when I got a connection with more up bandwidth It s still a piece of crap The motion detection does not work at all unless you physically move the camera itself lol I can stand right in front of it waving my arms and making faces and it doesn t recognize anything On top of that the cloud aspect means you need to pay a monthly fee to be able to store and access more than 12 hours worth of events Which being as it never records anything would be a pretty sweet deal for them The app has some sort of dumb bug as well where when it does get an event like it heard the door close as I left the house it mixes up the time stamps so you can t find the video that goes with the event Oh and the camera itself isn t even designed well the field of vision is ridiculously narrow and it doesn t have any mounting hardware that d let you position it at a useful angle given that limitation What a colossal failure on every level     Terrible Spamwisehdfjkfk

I ve preordered camera early and took forever to receive with promises of so many features and abilities and now that I ve got this box the features are only for pay subscribers avoid this product there is many others with many and better features with no cost     Promises nv68

The hardware on these devices is very poor and the software isn t much better They rarely catch people walking in the door Not to mention it records only a small amount of video for an event What good is a video camera that doesn t record all the data you need I don t put your trust in them Nest cameras are a little more expensive But you get what you pay for     Just buy a nest jengo

Tried to set up the camera by using this app But unable to start by creating an account Totally baffled by the generic error I keep getting Very disappointing     Account creation fails Disappointed and blocked

After waiting a year received the camera App won t hook up to it won t recognize my wifi password Customer support walked me through a potential fix that didn t work Got an email saying it was a glitch and would have to be replaced I responded ok let s replace And now no one is getting back to me     so frustrated ckbklynny

Recently received my first Butterfleye camera and best home monitoring solution I ve found so far The AI behind monitoring saves time scrolling through countless hours of uneventful video Solid product design and seems sturdy Will test this further before buying more but so far very pleased with the experience                     Love my Butterfleye EVA20125

Setup was easy and the live view is wonderful However no matter how many times I turn off unwanted notifications in the app it defaults back to all notifications Please fix and I would add another star It would also be helpful I could save a video to my photos             Camera is great app needs some work Tboat22
