I purchased the BYD Live app a few months ago and now it s requesting for me to subscribe again I ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice and it s still not working I have contacted 3 different people from the app support website listed here and no one is helping me to resolve this situation Help me please I ve used the app before and it worked well for me until a month or 2 ago now I m using iPad Air 2 Do I need to subscribe again because it won t let me restore my subscription Subscribing again will require another payment I thought this was an annual subscription program It has only been a few months since purchased and unfortunately I ve lost about 2 months worth of usage due to app error HELP     HELP Cherry33
